Հարկային «բերքահավաքը» սպասվածից առատ է

Կարինա Սանթրոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՊԵԿ-ը հրապարակել է 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի արդյունքներով 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը, որը գլխավորում է Հայաստանի գազաբաշխիչ ցանցերի օպերատոր «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը՝ պետբյուջե մուտքագրած հարկերի ընդհանուր մոտ 16 մլրդ 843 մլն 298,43 հազար դրամ ցուցանիշով:
Երկրորդ տեղում է «Գրանդ Տոբակո» ընկերությունը: Վերջինս հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին վճարել է 5 մլրդ 479 մլն 405.1 հազար դրամ հարկ, ինչը գերազանցում է 2016 թ. ցուցանիշը մոտ 2 մլրդ 554 մլն դրամով (նախորդ տարի 8-րդ տեղում էր): 2017 թ. առաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստանի երրորդ հարկատուն «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ն է, որը 2016 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածում 11-րդն էր: Այս տարի պետբյուջե վճարած հարկերի ծավալը կազմում է 4 մլրդ 702 մլն 117.84 հազար դրամ:
Խոշորագույն հարկատուների ցուցակի չորրորդ հորիզոնականում «Ալեքս հոլդինգ»-ն է` 4 մլրդ 490 մլն 937.08 հազար դրամ հարկով, ինչը գերազանցում է նրա նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշը 1 մլրդ 186 մլն 110,48 դրամով:
Ամենախոշոր հարկատուների հնգյակը եզրափակում է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ն, որը, 2017թ. առաջին եռամսյակի տվյալներով, վճարել է 4 մլրդ 112 մլն 21,12 հազար դրամ հարկ: Ընկերության վճարած հարկերը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել են 13 մլն 212,72 հազար դրամով:
1000 խոշոր հարկատուների առաջին տասնյակում ներառվել են նաեւ «ՍիՓիԷս Օիլ Քորփորեյշն»-ը՝ 3 մլրդ 486 մլն դրամ (աճ՝ 1,168 մլրդ դրամ), «Կապանի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատ»-ը՝ 3 մլրդ 52 մլն դրամ, «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան»-ը ՝ 2 մլրդ 573 դրամ (անկում՝ 448 մլն դրամ), «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս Արմենիա»-ն՝ 2 մլրդ 348 մլն դրամ (աճ` 871 մլն դրամ) և «Ինթերնեյշնլ Մասիս Տաբակ»-ը՝ 2 մլրդ 337 մլն դրամ (աճ՝ 482 մլն դրամ): Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի 1000 ամենախոշոր հարկատուների կողմից պետական բյուջե վճարված հարկերի ծավալը 2017թ. հունվար-մարտ ամիսներին անցած տարվա նույն եռամսյակի համեմատ աճել է շուրջ 18,4 մլրդ դրամով կամ 11,8%-ով՝ կազմելով շուրջ 175 մլրդ դրամ:
