Ժամանակակից կանանց մոտ հաճախ է հանդիպում իրավիճակ, երբ կինն ուզում է հղիանալ, սակայն չի ստացվում: Պատճառները բազմազան կարող են լինել, և բուժումն էլ պետք է անհատական լինի: Իսկ գինեկոլոգին «ուզում եմ երկրորդ երեխան ունենալ, բայց չի ստացվում» խնդրով դիմող կանայք օր-օրի ավելի են շատանում:

Այս արդյունքը նշանակում է, որ առաջիկա 36 ժամվա ընթացքում Դուք ունեք հղիանալու բոլոր շանսերը: Բացի նրանից, որ կնոջը հղիանալու համար պետք է օվուլյացիա, կարևոր մի քանի հանգամանքներ ևս կան:
Նախ՝ կենտրոնանալ այն մտքի վրա, որ ոչ մի կերպ չի ստացվում հղիանալ, պետք չէ ոչ մի դեպքում:
