1. Կաղամբի թերթիկներ. կաղամբի թերթիկները կարող են շատ արդյունավետ լինել նույնիսկ միգրենի դեպքում: Դրանք մեղմում են ցավը՝ կլանելով դրա առաջացմանը նպաստող ցանկացած բացասական բան:
2. Բռնչու պտուղների հյութ. այս պտուղների թարմ քամած հյութը նպաստում է անոթների լայնացմանը և արդյունավետ կերպով ազատում գլխացավից:
3. Կարտոֆիլի հյութ. պարբերաբար առաջացող գլխացավերի դեպքում շատ արդյունավետ կարող է լինել ¼ կարտոֆիլի հյութը:
4. Նշի յուղ. գլխացավերի ժամանակ կարելի է ականջների մեջ մի քանի կաթիլ նշի յուղ կաթեցնել:
5. Ոգեթուրմ. կարելի է նաև քունքերին ոգեթուրմ քսել և մի փոքր մերսել: Սա նույնպես շատ արդյունավետ միջոց է ուժեղ գլխացավը մեղմելու համար:
