Դինքի սպանության գործով 9 ոստիկանի ձերբակալելու որոշում է ընդունվել

Պոլսահայ լրագրող, Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով տարվող հետաքննության շրջանակում որոշում է կայացվել 9 ոստիկանի ձերբակալելու վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը, դրանց թվում են նաև Ստամբուլի հետախուզական բաժնի նախկին տնօրեն Ահմեթ Իլհան Գյուլերը և Անվտանգության գլխավոր վարչության հետախուզական բաժնի տեխնիկական հարցերով ենթաբաժնի նախկին ղեկավար Յունուս Յազարը:
Դինքի սպանության գործը քննող Ստամբուլի հանրապետական դատախազության ահաբեկչության և կազմակերպված հանցագործությունների դեմ բաժանմունքի դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն 9 ոստիկաններին ձերբակալելու որոշում է ընդունել «կանխամտածված հանցագործությանն աջակցելու, պաշտոնական թղթաբանության մեջ զեղծարարության, պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ թաքցնելու և վերացնելու» հիմնավորումներով: 2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ' Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը դատապարտվեց ցմահ բանտարկության, իսկ անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը' 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին կառաջադրվի «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման եւ կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում' Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ որոշումներ են ընդունվել:
