ԱԺ ընտրություններում ընտրախախտումների վերաբերյալ դեպքերով հարուցվել է 19 քրգործեր

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ապրիլի 2-ի ընտրությունների նախապատրաստման և անցկացման ընթացքում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից ուսումնասիրված և առերևույթ ընտրական բնույթի հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող բոլոր հաղորդումներով ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հարուցվել է 19 քրեական գործ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախա զության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Դրանցից՝
1. 12-ը հարուցվել են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 153-րդ և 34-153-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով (մեկից ավելի անգամ կամ այլ անձի փոխարեն քվեարկելու փորձ):
Նշված հոդվածով հարուցված քրեական գործերից՝
- մեկով քրեական գործի վարույթը կարճվել է հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով.
- մեկ քրեական գործ մեկ անձի վերաբերյալ բժշկական բնույթի հարկադրանքի միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդությամբ ուղարկվել է դատարան.
- 10 քրեական գործով 11 անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, որոնցից
- 8 քրեական գործ 8 անձի վերաբերյալ դատարան է ուղարկվել մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ.
- 2 անձի վերաբերյալ մեկ քրեական գործով հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտ.
- մեկ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը դեռևս շարունակվում է:
2. 3-ը հարուցվել են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով (քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելը):
Նշված գործերից մեկով մեկ անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել և երեք գործերով էլ նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
3. 3-ը հարուցվել են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով (լրագրողի լիազորությունների իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելը):
Նշված գործերից 2-ը նախաքննության ընթացքում ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 28-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հիմքով միացվել են և երկու անձի վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել դատարան, իսկ մեկ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը դեռևս շարունակվում է:
4. 1-ը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով (թեկնածուների, կուսակցությունների (կուսակցությունների դաշինքների), հանրաքվեի քարոզչական նախաձեռնությունների կողմից ընտրողներին կաշառք տալը կամ ընտրողի ազատ կամքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելը): Սույն գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված անձ չկա, նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
