«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից 11 անձ ԿԸՀ-ից պահանջեց չեղյալ համարել իրենց անունից ներկայացված դիմումները

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը սկսել է քննարկել ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո հանձնաժողով ներկայացված ինքնաբացարկի դիմումները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը ներկայացրեց, որ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով ներկայացվել էին ինքնաբացարկի կամ մանդատից հրաժարվելու մասին դիմումներ` 9 դիմում ներկայացվել է ՀՀԿ-ց, 3 դիմում` ՀՅԴ-ից, 23 դիմում «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից:
Մայիսի 2-ի երեկոյան հրապարակված ցանկը նոր դիմումներով չի համալրվել:
Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն այնուհետև հայտնեց, որ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից 11 անձ` Կարապետյան Վահանը, Մանուկյան Խաչիկը, Ազիզյան Նապոլեոնը, Եղիկյան Ալիկը, Բագրատյան Սերգեյը, Զուրաբյան Արարատը, Սաղաթելյան Մուշեղը, Դավթյան Հրանտը, Սուքիասյան Մանուկը, Մանուկյան Արթուրը և Ծառուկյան Արտյոմը, ԿԸՀ են ներկայացրել դիմումներ, որոնցով վերջիններս ներկայացրել են, որ իրենց անունից նախկինում ներկայացված դիմումները համարվի չեղյալ և տեղեկացնում են, որ չեն հրաժարվում պատգամավորի մանդատից: Ներկայացված դիմումները` բացի մեկից, առանց նոտարական վավերացման են, մե կ դիմում ներկայացվել է նոտարական վավերացմամբ: Նրանք իրենց դիմումներում հիմնականում նշում էին, որ մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմում իրենք չեն ներկայացրել և ԿԸՀ իրենց անունով ուղարկված դիմումները կեղծ են: Նրանք ԿԸՀ-ին խնդրեցին ընթացք չտալ իրենց անունից գրված դիմումներին և չեղյալ համարել դրանք: Նշված անձինք կամ նրանց ներկայացուցիչները նույնպես մասնակցում էին նիստին, և բոլորն անխտիր հաստատեցին, որ չեն հրաժարվում պատգամավորի մանդատից:
Դիմումները քննելուց հետո ՀՀ ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նշեց, որ հայտարարվում է կես ժամ ընդմիջում, որից հետո կներկայացնեն դիմումների քննության արդյունքներով վերաձևակերպված որոշման նախագծերը և արձանագրությունը` հաշվի առնելով նիստի ժամանակ քննված դիմումները:
ԿԸՀ-ն մայիսի 2-ին հրապարակել էր ինքնաբացարկի դիմում ներկայացրած պատգամավորների ցանկը: Պատգամավորական մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմումներ ներկայացվել էին ՀՀԿ-ից, ՀՅԴ-ից և «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից:
