Հունաստանի դատարանը մերժել է թուրք զինվորներին հանձնելու թուրքական կողմի պահանջը

Հունաստանի դատարանը մերժել է Թուրքիայի նոր պահանջը` իրեն հանձնել ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո այդ երկիր փախած թուրք զինվորներին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է Reuters-ը:
Թուրքական կողմը պահանջել էր վերադարձնել փախած ութ զինվորականներից երեքին: Մյուս երեքի պահանջը հունական դատարանը մերժել էր մեկ շաբաթ առաջ` ապրիլի 25-ին: Եվս երկուսի գործը շարունակում է ընթացքի մեջ մնալ:
Դիմելով դատարանին` մայիսի 3-ին դատախազը նշել է` կա հավանականություն, որ զինվորները Թուրքիայում արդար հետաքննության չեն ենթարկվի: «Նրանք կարող են տանջանքների ու անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի ենթարկվել»,- ասել է նա:
Թուրքիայում 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին հեղաշրջման փորձի ձախողումից հետո ութ թուրք զինվորական` երեք մայոր, երեք կապիտան և երկու սերժանտ-մայոր ուղղաթիռով փախել էին Հունաստան` այդ երկրից ապաստան հայցելով: Նրանք հայտնել էին, որ վախենում են Թուրքիայում իրենց կյանքի համար:
Թուրքիան փախած զինվորականներին մեղադրում է հեղաշրջման գործում մասնակցություն ունենալու մեջ` Հունաստանից պահանջելով զինվորականներին հանձնել թուրքական կողմին:
