«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.

«ԵԽ ԽՎ հունիսյան նստաշրջանի առաջին օրը փոփոխության կենթարկվի Վեհաժողովի կանոնակարգը` աննախադեպ կերպով նախատեսելով հատուկ դրույթ Պեդրո Ագրամունտին Վեհաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից հեռացնելու վերաբերյալ: Կոռուպցիոն աղմկահարույց սկանդալներում ներգրավված, սուր ադրբեջանամետ եւ ռուսամետ դիրքորոշում ունեցող Ագրամունտին իմպիչմենտի ենթարկելու որոշումը ԵԽ ԽՎ-ում հասունացել էր վաղուց, սակայն այն հասել իր գագաթնակետին, երբ Ագրամունտը ռուսական պատվիրակության հետ մեկնել էր Սիրիա։

Հաշվի առնելով հանգամանքը, որ ԵԽ ԽՎ նախագահի քվոտան ներկայումս պատկանում է ԵԺԿ-ին, ԵԺԿ-ն նախագահի պաշտոնի համար կառաջադրի իր փոխնախագահներին, որոնք թվով վեցն են։ Ընտրության վերջնական փուլ, ինչպես ուկրաինացի պատվիրակ Գեորգի Լոգվինսկին էր տեղեկացրել, դուրս են եկել երկու թեկնածուներ՝ ինքը եւ Աքսել Ֆիշերը։ Սակայն Լոգվինսկին որոշում է կայացրել հանել իր թեկնածությունը գերմանացի ԵԺԿ պատգամավոր, Հայաստանի հարցով նախկին զեկուցող, ներկայումս Ուկրաինայի հարցով զեկուցող Ֆիշերի օգտին։

«168 ժամ»-ի թղթակից հետ զրույցում վերլուծաբան Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը, ով նախկինում, որպես «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության անդամ՝ շփումներ ունեցել է գերմանացի խորհրդարանական Ֆիշերի հետ, ասել է, որ ԵԽ ԽՎ նախագահի ցանկացած թեկնածուի զգայունակությունը Հայաստանի եւ հայաստանյան խնդիրների նկատմամբ պայմանավորված է լինելու նրանով, թե որքան ակտիվ է հայկական պատգամավորական կորպուսը միջազգային կառույցում։ Նույն կարծիքին է նաեւ ԵԽ ԽՎ հայաստանյան պատվիրակության նախկին ղեկավար Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝  այդ պաշտոնում ցանկացած հավասարակշռված, չեզոք մարդ ձեռնտու է Հայաստանին, քանի որ պարզ է՝ քաղաքակիրթ մարդու վրա Ադրբեջանի նվերները եւ, որոշ դեպքերում՝ կաշառքը, չեն ազդի եւ փոխի իր ընդհանուր տեսակետները մարդու իրավունքների եւ ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների հանդեպ»:
