«ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Յուվեցի Կարոյի՝ Կարո Կարապետյանի փեսա Գոռ Առաքելյանը երեկ ազատ է արձակվել: Վերնիսաժի գործով 6 տարի 6 ամիս ազատազրկման դատապարտված Գոռ Առաքելյանին դիմավորելու համար «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ են այցելել պաշտոնյաներ, քրեական հեղինակություններ, անգամ՝ աստղեր:

Մեր աղբյուրը, օրինակ, նկատել է երգիչ Թաթային, ով անձամբ է գնացել բերդ, սպիտակ մեքենայով՝ Գոռ Առաքելյանին դիմավորելու: Մեզ չհաջողվեց փաստաբանից եւ ՔԿՀ-ից մեկնաբանություն ստանալ եւ պարզել, թե ինչ հիմքով է Գոռ Առաքելյանն ազատ արձակվել: Չհաջողվեց մեկնաբանություն ստանալ նրա պատգամավոր աներոջից, հեռախոսին պատասխանեց օգնականը, ով ոչնչից տեղյակ չէր:

Ավելի ուշ մեր աղբյուրներից տեղեկացանք, որ Գոռ Առաքելյանն ազատվել է նախագահի ներման շնորհիվ, պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատվելու համար նրա ժամկետը չէր լրացել:

Հավանաբար, այդպես կոմպենսացրել են Կարո Կարապետյանի ԱԺ չգնալը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2014 թվականի մայիսի 17-ին Վերնիսաժի տարածքում կրակոցներ էին հնչել: Գոռ Առաքելյանը Վարդանանց փողոցի թիվ 18/2 շենքի ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղիի մուտքի մոտ վիճել էր Վալերիկ Հովհաննիսյանի եւ Ներսես Մելքոնյանի հետ, վիճաբանությունն այնքան էր թեժացել, որ Գոռ Առաքելյանն անկանոն կրակահերթ էր բացել վերոհիշյալների ուղղությամբ: Վիրավորվել էին նաեւ պատահական անցորդներ։ Գործով մեղադրյալ Գոռ Առաքելյանի համար դատախազը պահանջել էր 9, Ներսես Մելքոնյանի համար՝ 2, Վալերիկ Հովհաննիսյանի համար՝ 2.5 տարվա ազատազրկում: Սակայն դատարանը վճռել էր Գոռ Առաքելյանին դատապարտել 6 տարի 6 ամսվա, Վալերիկ Հովհաննիսյանին՝ 3, Ներսես Մելքոնյանին՝ 2 տարվա ազատազրկման»:
