Վարչապետը մեծ արդյունք է ակնկալում համայնքային ծառայություները մասնավորին հանձնելու քայլից

ՀՀ կառավարությունը շարունակելու է վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումները, որոնք ուղղված են տեղական իշխանությունների կարողությունների բարձրացմանը: Կառավարության նիստում ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ բնակիչներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների մեծ մասն ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի իրականացվում է համայնքային մարմինների կողմից, և վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումներն ուղղված են տեղական իշխանությունների կարողութ յունները մեծացնելուն, մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակը բարձրացնելուն, որոնց շարունակությունն ամբողջ ծավալով իրականացնելը կարևորվել է կառավարության ծրագրով:
«Համայնքների խոշորացումն արդյունավետ իրականացնելու, բնակչությանը ճշգրիտ իրազեկելու և նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու, ինչպես նաև արդեն խոշորացված համայնքներում հետագա զարգացումներն ապահովելու նպատակով հանձնարարում եմ Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարին, մարզպետներին տասնօրյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել վարչատարածքային փոփոխությունների ծրագրի վերաբերյալ համապատասխան օրենսդրական փաթեթ, եռամսյա ժամկետում՝ կազմակերպել նշված օրենսդրական փաթեթով նախատեսված փոփոխությունների վերա բերյալ քննարկումներ ընդգրկված համայնքներում, տարածքային կառավարման, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարին հանձնարարեց մեկամսյա ժամկետում ամփոփել կատարված աշխատանքները և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն:
Միաժամանակ, Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ այսօր ինքը հրավիրելու է խորհրդակցություն՝ քննարկելու համայնքներում առկա բիզնես բաղադրիչ ունեցող ոլորտները մասնավոր կառույցներին հանձնելու հնարավորությունը:
Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը նշեց, որ հարցի վերաբերյալ արդեն իսկ քննարկումներ են ունեցել ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի մոտ և արդյունքները կներկայացնեն վարչապետին:
«Մենք բավականին մեծ արդյունք ենք ակնկալում ինչպես թափանցիկության բարձրացման, այնպես էլ սակագների ունիֆիկացիայի մասով»,- ընդգծեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
