Կառավարությունը մտադիր է կազմակերպել հանրապետական շաբաթօրյակ

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը տրամադրված է աղբահանության և սանիտարական մաքրման աշխատանքների կատարումն անհրաժեշտ մակարդակի բերելու, ամենուրեք անկանոն թափված աղբի նկատմամբ անհանդուրժող վերաբերմունք ձևավորելու, օրինազանցների նկատմամբ վարչարարությունը խստացնելու ուղղությամբ: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը: «2017 թ. ապրիլի 20-ին հռչակել ենք «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագրի մեկնարկը: Ավելի վաղ` 2016 թ., հավանության ենք արժանացրել Հայաստանի 2017-36 թվականների կոշտ թափոնների կառավարման համակարգի զարգացման ռազմավարությունը, հաստատել ենք իրականացման միջոցառումների ծրագիր․ այդ առումով ունենք հստակ պատկերացում և որոշակիացված հեռանկար:
Նշված աշխատանքների համակարգված և արդյունավետ իրականացումն ապահովելու, ուրվագծված որոշ գործառույթներ կանոնակարգելու նպատակով հանձնարարում եմ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարին՝ մեկամսյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել անհրաժեշտ առաջարկություններ Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունը աղբահանության և սանիտարական մաքրման ոլորտի պետական լիազոր մարմին ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փխանցմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը՝ ավելացնելով, որ առ այսօր նման մարմին չի եղել: Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է «Մաքուր Հայաստան» ծրագիրը պարբերաբար շատ կոշտ կերպով հսկողության տակ պահել, անդրադառնալ, թե ծրագրով ուր են հասել, ինչ են ծրագրավորել, ինչ են կատարել:
Վարչապետը կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Դավիթ Հարությունյանին առաջարկեց մտածել հանրապետական շաբաթօրյակ հայտարարելու մասին: «Ընդ որում, այդ շաբաթօրյակը պետք է կազմակերպել այնպես, որպեսզի այն ձևական չլինի, ապահովել համապատասխան տեխնիկա, շինարարական աղբի հանում և այլն: Մտածեք, թե որ օրը կազմակերպել այն»,- ասաց վարչապետը և Դավիթ Լոքյանին հանձնարարեց շաբաթօրյակին պատրաստվել հիմնավորապես, որպեսզի այն «դեկորատիվ» չլինի:
