Գորիսում տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի հետևանքով մահացել են Դավիթ և Աստղիկ Մկրտչյանները

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու երկու անձի մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարի հանգամանքները։ 2017թ. մայիսի 4-ին` ժամը 09:20-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել Որոտան գյուղի կամրջից ավտոմեքենա ընկնելու և երկու անձի մահվան մասին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Սյունիքի մարզի Քաջարան քաղաքի բնակիչ Ա.Միրզոյանը՝ «Տոյոտա պրադո 4.5L » մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, որի մեջ գտնվել է երեք ուղևոր, Սյունիքի մարզի Որոտան գյուղից երթևեկել է Գորիս քաղաքի ուղղությամբ։
Նույն գյուղի վերջնամասում գտնվող կամրջին չհասած՝ ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց և 40.8 մետր ընթանալով ճանապարհի ձախակողմյան կանաչապատ ձորակով՝ ընկել է Որոտան գետը, գլխիվայր շրջվել գետի միջով անցնող խողովակների վրա։ Ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից ուղևորներից երկուսը՝ Դավիթ և Աստղիկ Մկրտչյանները, տեղում մահացել են, իսկ վարորդը վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է Գորիսի բժշկական կենտրոն:
Գորիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
