Ստամբուլի հայկական Սուրբ Փրկիչ հիվանդանոցի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Պետրոս Շիրինօղլուն հայտնել է, որ առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում ծրագրում է հանդիպել նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականը:
«Նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանն ապրիլի 24-ին հրապարակած ուղերձում հայտնեց, որ տեղյակ է մեր համայնքի պատրիարքի հարցից: Նրա հետ առաջին հանդիպման ժամանակ ինձ խոսք տվեց խնդրով զբաղվել հանրաքվեից հետո: Առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում, եթե որևէ բան չպատահի, ծրագրում եմ հանդիպել նրա հետ: Կարծում եմ, որ համայնքի կարևորագույն հարցերից մեկը՝ պատրիարքի ընտրության հարցը, կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կլուծենք: Պետք է զգուշ լինենք, ի վերջո այս ընտրություններն արվելու են»,- ասել է Շիրինօղլուն:
Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հունվարի 18-ին նախագահական պալատում ընդունել է հայկական համայնքների հիմնադրամների միության և Սուրբ Փրկիչ հիվանդանոցի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Պետրոս Շիրինօղլուին: Թուրքիայի նախագահի հետ հանդիպմանը քննարկված հարցերի շարքում եղել է պատրիարքի և համայնքային հաստատություններում ընտրություն անցկացնելու հարցը:
Էրդողանն ասել է, որ տեղյակ է այս հարցում ունեցած ակնկալիքներից: Նրա խոսքով` հապաղումն ունի երկու հիմնական պատճառ: Առաջինը` հայկական համայնքի ներսում առկա տարաձայնություններն են: Երկրորդը` պետական մարմինների չափազանց ծանրաբեռնվածությունն է: Էրդողանը հայտնել է, որ պատկան մարմինները շարունակում են զբաղվել Թուրքիայի հայկական համայնքի խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորություններով: Նախագահի համոզմամբ` մոտալուտ հանրաքվեից հետո պետք է լուծվեն պատրիարքական ընտրության, ինչպես նաև համայնքային ընտրությունների հարցերը:
