«ԱԳԲԱ Լիզինգը» միացել է գյուղտեխնիկայի լիզինգի սուբսիդավորման ծրագրին

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը, ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի «Գյուղական տարածքների տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» պետական հիմնարկի գյուղական ֆինանսավորման կառույցի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վահե Հարությունյանը և «ԱԳԲԱ Լիզինգ» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Արսեն Բազիկյանն այսօր հուշագիր են ստորագրել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի ֆինանսական վարձակալության` լիզինգի պետական աջակցության» ծրագրի իրականացումն ապահովելու նպատակով համագործակցության վերաբերյալ:
«Մենք հիմա բանակցություններ ենք վարում նաև այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ, որպեսզի ծրագրում ընդգրկված ֆինանսական կառույցների թիվն ավելանա: Շուկան բաց է, և որքան շատ լինեն մատակարարներն ու ֆինանսական կառույցները, այդքան ավելի մատչելի կլինի մեր գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների, ֆերմերների և կոոպերատիվների համար տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերումը», - իր խոսքում նշել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը:
«ԱԳԲԱ Լիզինգ»-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Արսեն Բազիկյանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ այս հուշագիրը ֆերմերներին հնարավորություն կընձեռի գյուղտեխնիկա ձեռք բերել աննախադեպ պայմաններով և հիմք կհանդիսանա իրենց բիզնեսի ընդլայնման համար: «Վաղվանից ֆերմերներն արդեն կարող են մեզ դիմել, առավելագույնս օպերատիվ և արագ կփորձենք արձագանքել բոլոր հայտերին», - հավելել է նա:
ՀՀ ԿԱ «ԳՏՏԶ ԾԻԳ» ՊՀ գյուղական ֆինանսավորման կառույցի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վահե Հարությունյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ մեծ է նաև գյուղատնտեսական գործիքների պահանջարկը:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում տնտեսավարողները կարող են ձեռք բերել տարբեր մակնիշների տրակտորներ, հացահատիկահավաք կոմբայններ,հավաքիչ-մամլիչներ, տրակտորային շարքացաններ, գութաններ, խոտհնձիչներ, կարտոֆիլատնկիչներ, կարտոֆիլաքանդիչներ, կուլտիվատորներ, ֆրեզներ և սրսկիչներ: Գյուղտեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման պայմաններն են` 20 % կանխավճար, տարեկան 2 % լիզինգային տոկոսադրույք, 3-10 տարի մարման ժամկետ` կախված տեխնիկայի տեսակից:
