ՀՀ էնեգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանն ու «Ռոսատոմ» ընկերության տնօրեն Սերգեյ Կիրիենկոն ստորագրել են միջկառավարական համաձայնագիր` «Միջուկային վթարի դեպքում օպերատիվ իրազեկման և միջուկային ու ռադիոացիոն անվտանգության ոլորտում տեղեկատվության փոխանակման մասին»: Համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը բխում է ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի պահանջներից, այն հստակեցնում է կողմերից մեկի տարածքում որևէ ատոմակայանում առաջացած վթարի ժամանակ և ատոմային էներգիայի խաղաղ օգտագործման ընթացքում փոխադարձ օպերատիվ իրազեկման պայմանները:

Ըստ համաձայնագրի` կողմերը պարտավորվում են իրականացնել երկու երկրների ատոմային օբյեկտներում միջուկային և ռադիացիոն անվտանգության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության մշտական փոխանակում:

Համաձայնագիրն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո կողմերը պետք է ձեռնարկեն գործնական քայլեր պարտավորությունների իրականացման ուղղությամբ:

Ստորագրվել են նաև երկու այլ փաստաթղթեր` ՀԱԷԿ-ի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման ծրագրի վերաբերյալ: Առաջին փասատթուղթը ստորագրել են ՀՀ ԷԲՊ նախարարի տեղակալ Արեգ Գալստյանը և «Ռոսատոմի» զարգացման և միջազգային բիզնեսի գծով տնօրեն Կիրիլ Կոմարովը:

Համակարգող համատեղ հանձնախումբը ստեղծվել է 2015 թվականի մարտին, որի ստեղծման նպատակն է համակարգել կողմերի պարտավորությունները, վերահսկել համաձայնագրի իրականացումն ու անցկացնել կատարված աշխատանքների արդյունքների մշտական գնահատում:

Երկրորդ փաստաթուղթը ՀԱԷԿ-ի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի համակարգի ամբողջական ուսումնասիրության, շահագործման ժամկետի երկարացման նախապատրաստման ծրագրի մշակման վերաբերյալ է: Փաստաթուղթն ստորագրել են ՀԱԷԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Մովսես Վարդանյանը և «Ռուսատոմ Սերվիս»-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Եվգենի Սալկովը:

Հայկական կողմին փոխանցվել են 22 հաշվետվային փաստաթղթեր, որոնցում արտացոլված են ՀԱԷԿ-ի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի ընդհանուր ուսումնասիրության վերաբերյալ ռուսական կողմի իրականացրած աշխատանքների միջանկյալ արդյունքները: Մինչ այս պահը տարածքում եղել ու աշխատել են 100 մասնագետներ: Հետագա աշխատանքների ընթացքում կուսումնասիրվեն կայանի ավելի քան 4.5 հազար սարքավորումներ և կպատրաստվեն ավելի քան 10 հազար փաստաթղթեր:

Հոկտեմբերի 7-ին մեկնարկեց նաև ատոմային ոլորտի մատակարարներին նվիրված «Ատոմէկս-Հայաստան» սեմինարը, որին մասնակցում են մեքենաշինության, շինմոնտաժային ու շինարարական, գիտական, բանկային, ֆինանսական ոլորտների առաջատար ձեռնարկությունների ներկայացուցիչները:

Մինչ այդ միջոցառումները ՀՀ էնեգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության և «Ռոսատոմ» կորպորացիայի Համակարգող համատեղ հանձնախմբի նիստն է կայացել` ՀԱԷԿ-ի երկրորդ էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետը երկարաձգելու վերաբերյալ:
