Արցախի քաղաքականապես ճանաչված չլինելն ազդում է մշակութային արժեքների հետազոտության կազմակերպմանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ԵՊՀ մշակութաբանության ամբիոնի վարիչ, Արցախի Տիգրանակերտի արշավախմբի ղեկավար Համլետ Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ միջազգային համագործակցություն ստեղծելը բավական բարդ է:
«Արցախի իշխանություններն, ի պատիվ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի, առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն են դարձնում տեղի հնագիտական աշխատանքներին: Բայց խնդիր կա ֆինանսական հնարավորությունները ընդլայնելու: Այն, որ Արցախը քաղաքականապես ճանաչված չէ, չենք կարողանում միջազգային համագործակցություն ստեղծել: Առանձին գիտնականներ գալիս են, մեզ հետ աշխատում են, բայց նրանք ներկայանում են որպես անհատ, ոչ որպես ինստիտուտ»,-ասաց Համլետ Պետրոսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, Արցախի քաղաքականապես ճանաչված չլինելն ազդում է մշակութային, պատմահնագիտական արժեքների հետազոտության կազմակերպման վրա: Նա նշեց, որ միջազգային կազմակերպությունները, որոնց նպատակն է մշակույթն առաջնային համարելը, որևէ կերպ իրենց գործունեության մեջ առաջնային չեն դարձնում այն:
«Արցախը ճանաչված չէ, բայց տեղի ժողովուրդը ունի մշակույթի իրավունք: Մինչդեռ միջազգային կառույցները հակառակն են անում: Ըստ այդ կառույցների դիրքորոշման, եթե Արցախը ճանաչված չէ, ապա մշակութային ժառանգության հետազոտության կազմակերպումը նույնպես արգելված է: Հետևաբար միջազգային մակարդակով ինստիտուցիոնալ համագործակցություն ստեղծելը դժվար է: Շատերի հետ կռիվ ենք տվել` հասկացնելու, որ մշակույթի հարցում բոլորը իրավահավասար են: Տարբեր գործիչներ մեկ անգամ չէ, որ ինձ դիմել են` ասելու, որ ես ճիշտ չեմ անում Արցախում աշխատելով: Այնպիսի տպավորույուն է, թե իբր պետք է այս կամ այն միջազգային ինստիտուտի թույլտվությունը ստանանք մեր մշակութային արժեքներն ուսումնասիրելու համար»,-ասաց նա: Համլետ Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանն այդ գործում պետական մակարդակով ակտիվորեն աշխատում է: Դա նշանակում է, որ հայաստանյան իշխանությունը և համապատասխան ինստիտուտները ինչ-որ չափով պետք է լծվեն այդ քաղաքականությանը:
Անդրադառնալով հնագիտական աշխատանքներին` Համլետ Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ սկսել են Տիգրանակերտի դամբարանադաշտի պեղումները: Արշավախումբը նախորդ տարի հզոր դամբարան է պեղել, գտել են պարթևական 4 արծաթյա դրահմաներ: Եթե այս տեմպով աշխատանքը շարունակվի, ապա նաև կգտնվեն Տիգրան Մեծի դրամները: Ֆինանսավորման ծավալի ավելացման դեպքում արշավախումբը կկարողանա այս տարի բացել Տիգրան Մեծի կառուցած ամրոցի մուտքը, որտեղ ակնկալվում է գտնել արձանագրություններ:
Արշավախումբը սկսել է պեղումները Հանդաբերդի վանքում, ցույց է տրվում Քարվաճառի իրական հայկականությունը: Հայտնաբերվել են 70-ից ավելի հայերեն արձանագրություններ, ավելի քան 120 խաչքար: Հրատարակվել է առանձին գիրք «Հանդաբերդի վանքը և նրա պեղումները»` ներկայացնելով հնագիտական աշխատանքների արդյունքները:
Շուշիի պեղումների արդյունքում էլ հնարավոր եղավ հնագիտորեն ցույց տալ, որ 12-13-րդ դարերում Հնոտի կիրճով առևտրական ճանապարհ է անցել:
