Դատարանը չեղարկել է «Ակոս»-ի դիմաց սև ծաղկեպսակներ թողած ազգայնականներին անմեղ ճանաչելու որոշումը

Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի խմբագրատան առջև 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին երկու սև ծաղկեպսակ թողած «Ազգայնական Թուրքիա» կուսակցության և ազգայնական «Թուրան Օջաքլարը» («Թուրքանի Օջախներ») կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչներին արդարացնելու մասին դատարանի որոշումը չեղարկվել է: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականը:
«Ազգայնական Թուրքիա» կուսակցության Ստամբուլի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Բիլալ Գյոքչեյուրթը և ազգայնական «Թուրան Օջաքլարը» («Թուրքանի Օջախներ») կազմակերպության նախագահ Էրջան Ուրչարը «Ակոս» պարբերականի դիմաց սև ծաղկեպսակներ էին թողել, այնուհետև սոցիալական ցանցի միջոցով սպառնացել էին «Մի գիշեր հանկարծակի կարող ենք գալ» գրությամբ:
Հնչեցված սպառնալիքների առնչությամբ նրանց դեմ դատական գործ էր հարուցվել, սակայն Ստամբուլի 62-րդ քրեական դատարանը 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ին «հանցանքի տարր չպարունակելու» հիմնավորմամբ կասկածյալներին անմեղ էր ճանաչել: «Ակոս»-ը բողոքարկել էր դատարանի որոշումը:
Ստամբուլի դատարանը, քննելով բողոքարկումը, որոշում է կայացրել բավարարել այն: Դատարանը որոշման մեջ հղում է արել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիային, որում ասվում է, թե «ժամանակակից երկրների մեծ մասում զրպարտությունը, պատիվը նսեմացնող և հարգանքը ոտնահարող խոսքերն ու հայտարարությունները, ատելություն, խտրականություն, թշնամանք և բռնություն քարոզող խոսքերը չեն կարող դիտարկվել խոսքի ազատության տեսանկյունից, պետք է պատժվեն որպես հանցանք»:
Կասկածյալներին սպառնում է 9 ամսից մինչև չորս տարվա ազատազրկում:
