Մինչև տարեվերջ բիզնեսը կապահովվի նոր սերնդի 25 հազար ՀԴՄ-ներով

Կառավարության որոշմամբ հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաներով տնտեսավարողներին ապահովելու նպատակով 180 մլն դրամ հատկացվեց Հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների ներդրման գրասենյակին՝ 1000 հատ նոր ՀԴՄ ձեռք բերելու նպատակով: Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ դա կապահովի տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներին ՀՀ կառավար ության սահմանած արտոնյալ պայմաններով նոր սերնդի հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների տրամադրման գործընթացի շարունակականությունը:
«ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտներին և գյուղական համայնքներում գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին նոր սերնդի ՀԴՄ-ները տրամադրվում են արտոնյալ պայմաններով, իսկ սահմանամերձ գյուղերում գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին՝ անվճար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց ՊԵԿ նախագահը:
ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հետաքրքրվեց, թե քանի ՀԴՄ է անհրաժեշտ ամբողջ դաշտը փակելու համար: Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է 25 հազար ՀԴՄ, որի ձեռք բերումը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել մինչև տարեվերջ:
Գործադիրը փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ է կատարել նախկինում ընդունած որոշումներից մեկում՝ ազատականացնելով ՀՀ-ում շահագործվող հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների տեխնիկական սպասարկման գործընթացը: Որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է, որ հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների տեխնիկական սպասարկման կազմակերպումը կիրականացվի Հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների ներդրման գրասենյակի հետ պայմանագիր կնքած իրավաբանական անձանց և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի միջոցով:
Սահմանվում է նաև հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների տեխնիկական սպասարկման համար իրավաբանական անձանց և անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի գրանցամատյանում գրանցման, գրանցումից հանման, ինչպես նաև այդ գրանցամատյանի վարման կարգը: Ամրագրվում է նաև, որ հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաների տեխնիկական սպասարկման գների առավելագույն չափերը չեն կարող գերազանցել ՀՀ կառավարության 2012թ. համապատասխան որոշմամբ հաստատված գների համապատասխան չափերին:
