Ոռոգման ջրի համար վճարումներն այսուհետև կիրականացվեն բացառապես բանկային համակարգով

Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեում բարեփոխումները շարունակվում են: Ոռոգման շրջանի մեկնարկին Կոմիտեն իրականացրել է ևս մեկ նախաձեռնություն, որի նպատակը ջրօգտագործողների համար վճարման գործընթացն առավել դյուրացնելն է և հնարավոր անճշտություններից և ռիսկերից խուսափելը: «Մեկ քայլի հեռավորության ծառայության» շրջանակնեում այսուհետ ոռոգման ջրի համար վճարումները կատարվելու են բացառապես բանկային համակարգով և «Հայփոստի» բաժանմունքների միջոցով: Այլևս առձեռն որևէ վճարում, գումարի փոխանցում բացառվելու է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԷԵԲՊՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
ՋՏՊԿ աջակցությամբ իրականացված փոփոխության շրջանակներում 14 Ջրօգտագործող ընկերությունները պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գործող գրեթե բոլոր բանկերի հետ, որոնց միջոցով այսուհետ հնարավոր կլինի վճարել նաև օգտագործված ոռոգման ջրի համար:
Յուրաքանչյուր բաժանորդի հատկացվել է համապատասխան ծածկագիր՝ պայմանական համար, որի միջոցով էլ նույնականացվելու է իրականացված վճարումը: Այսպիսով, իրականացված ֆինանսական փոխանցումը կենտրոնացված համակարգով ֆիքսվում է միանգամից և՛ վճարողի, և՛ ՋՕԸ-ի մոտ՝ այսպիսով բացառելով հնարավոր անճշտությունները:
Ոռոգման ջրի համար վճարումները կարելի է իրականացնել «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ, «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲԸ, «ԱԿԲԱ բանկ» ՓԲԸ, «Հայբիզնեսբանկ» ՓԲԸ, «Հայէկոնոմբանկ» ԲԲԸ, «Անելիք Բանկ» ՓԲԸ, «Ինեկոբանկ» ՓԲԸ, «Կոնվերսբանկ» ՓԲԸ բոլոր բաժանմունքներում և մասնաճյուղերում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ոռոգման համակարգում իրականացված օպտիմալացման արդյունքում նախկինում գործող 37 Ջրօգտագործող ընկերությունները խոշորացվել են՝ դառնալով 14: Այս նախաձեռնության արդյունքում կրճատվել են որոշ կրկնվող հաստիքներ՝ պետբյուջեի համար խնայելով շուրջ 450-480 մլն դրամ տարեկան:
