Բեյրութում տրվել է «Ճանաչել, պաշտպանել, իրագործել» ծրագրի մեկնարկը

Լիբանանում մայիսի 2-ին տրվեց «Կարիտաս Ավստրիա», «Կարիտաս Լիբանան» և «Հայկական Կարիտաս» բարեսիրական հասարարակական կազմակերպությունների կողմից, ԵՄ ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող «Ճանաչել, պաշտպանել, իրագործել» խորագրով ծրագրի պաշտոնական մեկնարկը։ Ծրագիրը նախատեսում է տարաբնույթ աջակցություն Սիրիայից Հայաստան և Լիբանան տե ղափոխված հայ ընտանիքներին։ Հայաստանում այն ուղղված է լինելու ինտեգրման դյուրացմանը, իսկ Լիբանանում՝ իրավական կեցության և աշխատանքի ապահովմանը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Լիբանաում ՀՀ դեսպան Սամվել Մկրտչյանը, Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկէ եկեղեցու Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի թեմի առաջնորդ և «Հայկական Կարիտասի» նախագահ Ռաֆայել արքեպիսկոպոս Մինասյանը, Տանն Կիլիկիո Կաթողիկէ եկեղեցու Լիբանանի թեմի օգնական եպիսկոպոս Գևորգ եպիսկոպոս Ասատուրյանը, «Կարիտաս Լիբանանի» նախագահ Հայր Փոլ Քարամը, «Կարիտաս Ավստրիայի» ներկայացուցիչ Ռոբերտ Մոսբրուգգերը, Լիբանանում Ավստրիայի դեսպան Մարիան Ալեքսանդեր Վրբան, Լիբանանում Եվրամիության պատվիրակության փոխդեսան Ջուլիա Կոխը։
Իր ելույթում դեսպան Սամվել Մկրտչյանը գնահատանքով խոսեց «Կարիտաս» կառույցների երկարատև մարդասիրական գործունեության մասին՝ ողջունելով երեք երկրների ներգրավմամբ և ԵՄ հովանավորությամբ նման ծրագրի իրականացումը։
«Ցավոք սրտի, Մերձավորարևելյան տարածաշրջանում, մասնավորապես՝ Սիրիայում շարունակվող պատերազմների հետևանքով հարյուր հազարավոր մարդիկ տեղահանվել են իրենց բնակավայրերից, կորցրել ունեցվածքը և հայտնվել տարբեր երկրներում փախստականների կամ միգրանտների կարգավիճակով։ Սիրիայի հայ համայնքի անդամները ևս անմանս չեն մնացել այդ ողբերգական իրադարձություններից։ Ներկայումս նրանք առնչվում են տարբեր խնդիրների ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Լիբանանում և կարիք ունեն կանոնակարգված աջակցության՝ իրենց վերագտնելու և կյանքը բնականոն հուն վերադարձելու համար» - իր ելույթում նշեց դեսպան Մկրտչյանը։
Դեսպանը նաև խորհրդանշական համարեց Հայաստան֊Լիբանան֊Ավստրիա եռակողմ համագործակցության ձևաչափը՝ անդրադարձ կատարելով երեք ժողովուրդների բազմադարյա առնչություններին։
Մյուս մասնակիցները ևս մեծ գոհունակությամբ խոսեցին ծրագրի մասին՝ հաջողություն մաղթելով դրա կազմակերպիչներին։
