Նեխուրի օգտակարության մասին բոլորս էլ տեղյակ ենք, սակայն պարզվում է, որ այն ունի նաև մեկ այլ յուրօրինակ` քանբերին փոխարինելու հատկություն: Նրա օգտագործումը ճաշի ժամանակ կարող է ազատել քնաբեր ընդունելու անհրաժեշտությունից:

Եթե օրվա ընթացքում չեք կերել նեխուր և երեկոյան չի ստացվում քնել, ապա կարելի է այդ բանջարեղենի արմատը մանր կտրտել` մոտ 200 գրամ, վրան յուղ լցնել և ուտել ընթրիքի փոխարեն: Հիշեցնենք, որ նրա վրա պետք չէ աղ ցանել:
Բացի այդ՝ նեխուրը մեկ այլ հրաշալի հատկություն: Այն օգտագործում են որպես հանգստացնող միջոց: Այն հանդարտեցնում է նյարդային պոռթկումները և խանգարումները:
Այն նաև կարող է լվանալ երիկամները, ավելորդ ջրի հետ հեռացնել վնասակար նյութերը և պաշտպանել երիկամները` քարերի առաջացումից:
