Հանրապետության Նախագահի մոտ մայիսի 4-ին տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՀՀ Նախագահի 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 20-ի կարգադրությամբ ստեղծված՝ Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտում ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգի բարեփոխումների ապահովման աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության ընթացքը և միջանկյալ արդյունքները, այդ թվում՝ կոռուպցիայի եմ պայքարին առնչվող օրենքների նախագծերի նախապատրաստման վիճակը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, մասնավորապես, ներկայացվել են հակակոռուպցիոն նոր մարմնի կարգավիճակին, դրա կազմավորմանը և գործառույթներին, անկախության երաշխիքներին, ինչպես նաև բյուջետային ֆինանսավորմանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ընդգծվել է կոռուպցիայի արդյունավետ կանխարգելմանը վերաբերող այնպիսի հիմնարար խնդիրների ամբողջական լուծման կարևորությունը, ինչպիսիք են՝ պաշտոնատար անձանց գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագրերի վերլուծությունը ու դրանց արժանահավատության ստուգումը, այդ նպատակով հավելյալ տեղեկատվ ության հասանելիության ապահովումը, ապօրինի հարստացման դեպքերի բացահայտման գործում իրավապահ մարմինների հետ համագործակցության ուժեղացումը, ինչպես նաև շահերի հայտարարագրման կառուցակարգերի ներդրման միջոցով շահերի բախման կանխարգելումը:

Խորհրդակցության արդյունքներով աշխատանքային խմբի ղեկավարին տրվել են հանձնարարականներ, հստակեցվել են նախագծերի մշակման աշխատանքներն ավարտելու ժամկետները:
