ՍԴՀԿ-ն Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններից ակնկալում է նոր քաղաքական մշակույթի ձևավորում

Սոցիալ դեմոկրատ հնչակյան կուսակցությունը ողջունում է Հայաստանում ընթացող Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գործընթացը: «Մենք ներքին կարգով երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում փաստաբանների հետ համատեղ քննարկել ենք այս հարցը և հոկտեմբերի 3-ին հանդես ենք եկել հայտարարությամբ: Մեր կուսակցությունը վերջին 25 տարիներին բազմիցս բարձրացրել է կառավարման փոփոխության հարցը, քանի որ, մեր կարծիքով,  միանձնյա նախագահական կառավարման պարագայում հանրապետության Նախագահը հաշվետու չէ հասարակությանը»,-լրագրողների հետ հոկտեմբերի 7-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը հայտնեց ՍԴՀԿ կենտրոնական վարչության ատենապետ Հակոբ Տիգրանյանը:

Նա նկատեց, թե ՍԴՀԿ-ն դրական է գնահատել այն փաստը, որ Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների վերջնական տարբերակում ներառված է այն դրույթը, որ հայկական բանակը դուրս է լինելու քաղաքականությունից: «Ցանկալի կլիներ, որ բանակը չմասնակցեր նաև ընտրական գործընթացներին »,- շեշտեց Տիգրանյանը:

Անդրադառնալով սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագծից սպասվող ակնակլիքներին` ՍԴՀԿ կենտրոնական վարչության ատենապետն ասաց հետևյալը. «Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններից հետո ձևավորվելու է նոր քաղաքական մշակույթ. քաղաքական դաշտը պետք է ձևավորվի քաղաքական կուսակցությունների, այլ ոչ թե անձերի շուրջ: Անհատապաշտությունը պետք է վերացնել Հայաստանից»,-նշեց Տիգրանյանը:

Իր հերթին ՍԴՀԿ Հայաստանի վարչության ատենապետ Նարեկ Գալստյանը նշեց, որ ոչ գործող և ոչ նոր Սահմանադրությունը չեն լուծելու երկրում առկա մարտահրավերները: «Անշուշտ, խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգին անցնելը մեկ քայլ առաջ է, բայց երկրում պետք է քաղաքական կամք` իրական բարեփոխումների իրականացման համար, և Սահմանադրությունը որևէ կերպ չի կարող խոչընդոտել այդ փոփոխություններին»,-եզրափակեց նա:

Ազգային ժողովը հոկտեմբերի 5-ին քվեարկությամբ ընդունեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը հանրաքվեի դնելու մասին Ազգային ժողովի որոշումը, որին կողմ քվեարկեց 104, դեմ՝ 10, ձեռնպահ՝ 3 պատգամավոր:
