Պատմամշակութային կոթողների պահպանմանն առնչվող հարցերը Սփյուռք-Հայաստան գործակցության կարեւորագույն բաղադրիչներից են: Այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունում նախաձեռնած «Հայկական պատմամշակութային արժեքները Մերձավոր Սփյուռքում» թեմայով կլոր սեղան-քննարկման շրջանակում, երբ Հայկական ճարտարապետությունն ուսումնասիրող հիմնադրամի ղեկավար , հուշարձանագետ Սամվել Կարապետյանը բուհերի ուսանողների, ինչպես նաեւ նախարարության անձնակազմի համար հանդես եկավ հայկական պատմամշակութային կոթողների վերաբերյալ զեկույցով:
«Սահմանադրության, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին համապատասխան պետությունը աշխատանքներ է տանում հայկական Սփյուռքում պատմական եւ մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման ուղղությամբ: Որպեսզի առավել հստակ ու գործնական կարողանանք դարձնել թեման, հրավիրել ենք Սամվել Կարապետյանին, ով բազում հետազոտություններ է իրականացրել ոլորտում, հատկապես Հայաստանի մերձավոր տարածքների բոլոր հուշարձաններն է ուսումնասիրել: Ցանկացանք, որ այսօր նա խոսի Ադրբեջանում եւ Թուրքիայում հայկական ճարտարապետական հուշարձանների վիճակի մասին»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նախարարը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ նախարարության՝ ոլորտին ուղղված աշխատանքները բազմազան են: «Այսպես նախ մենք փորձում ենք մեր աշխատակիցներին տեղեկացնել, որ նրանք էլ իրենց աշխատանքներում ճիշտ կողմնորոշվեն: Երկու կարեւոր գիրք ենք հրապարակել այս թեմայով. մեկը՝ ցեղասպանության հուշարձանները աշխարհով մեկ. «Ցավի, հիշողության եւ պայքարի կոթողներ» անվամբ, որը թարգմանվեց 7 լեզվով, նաեւ թուրքերենով, որպեսզի պարզ լինի, թե ինչպես է աշխարհասփյուռ հայությունը փորձում ստեղծել, կառուցել, հիշել եւ հիշեցնել քարերի միջոցով մեր ցավի եւ պահանջատիրության մ ասին: Համագործակցելով Սփյուռքի կառույցների հետ՝ կոչ ենք անում նրանց, որ այդ հետքը, այդ հուշարձանները ուսումնասիրվեն, չափագրվեն եւ փոխանցվեն մեզ»,-եզրափակեց նա:
