Ներսես Երիցյանը խորհուրդ է տալիս խնայողությունները պահել ազգային արժույթով

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Կենտրոնական բանկը ձգտում է հասնել նրան, որ հայ ժողովրդի սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրները շուտափույթ լուծում ստանան, իսկ երկրի տնտեսությունը որքան հնարավոր է զերծ մնա արտաքին ցնցումներից: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ ԿԲ 2015թ. դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ծրագրի քննարկման ընթացքում իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում ասաց ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանը:«Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ ըստ կարողությունների վարկ վերցնելը մեր քաղաքացիների համար դառնա մատչելի, և պայմաններն էլ լիովին համապատասխանեն վարկառուների աշխատավարձերին և ընտանեկան բյուջեին: Ցավոք, որևէ երկրի դեռ չի հաջողվել այս խնդիրը լիարժեք լուծել, որովհետև մարդկանց պահանջները զարգացմանը զուգահեռ ավելի արագ են աճում: Այստեղ շատ է խոսվում ապագայում նորանոր հաջողությունների հասնելու մասին: Ես կարծում եմ, որ նման քննարկումները ևս նպաստում են, որպեսզի մենք ա պագայում այս հարցում կարողանանք ավելի լուրջ հաջողությունների հասնել»,- ընդգծեց Ներսիսյանը:
Նա անհրաժեշտ է համարում ազգային արժույթով փող խնայելու մշակույթի ամրապնդումը: Երիցյանի խոսքով՝ դա է այն տնտեսական հիմնարարը, որը թույլ կտա սեփական միջոցներով իրականացնել ապագային միտված ներդրումներ և կախման մեջ չլինել արտաքին խնայողություններից: «Աշխարհում կա մեկ կամ երկու երկիր, որոնք չեն խնայում կամ քիչ են խնայում և զարգացում են ապահովում, սակայն դրանք արդեն զարգացած, կայուն ֆինանսական շուկա ունեցող երկրներ են, որտեղ ձգտում են իրենց խնայողությունները ներդնել այլ երկրների քաղաքացիներ: Այսինքն, կապիտալն անկախ ամեն ինչից հոսում է այդ երկրներ՝ զարգացած ֆինանսական շուկա ունենալու պատճառով»,- մանրամասնեց Երիցյանը:
ՀՀ ԿԲ փոխնախագահը ցավով փաստեց, որ Հայաստանի հասարակությունն ավելի շատ միտված է դեպի սպառումը, քան խնայողությունը: Նրա խոսքով՝ արդյունքում բոլորը ձգտում են ամեն ինչ արագ անել, ինչպես անում են արևմտյան զարգացած երկրներում, սակայն պետք է հաշվի առնել այն հանգամանքը, որ Արևմուտքում իրենց ֆինանսներն ավելի լավ են կառավարում:
Երիցանը հավաստիացրեց նաև, որ ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը որևէ կերպ չի խոչընդոտի այն պոտենցիալին, որը կա տնտեսության մեջ:
