ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ն ափոսանք է հայտնել երեւանյան գրասենյակի փակման կապակցությամբ

ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահ Քրիստին Մութոննենը (Ավստրիա) եւ Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստիան Վիգենինն այսօր՝ մայիսի 4-ին, ափսոսանք են հայնտել, որ հնարավոր չի եղել համաձայնության գալ ԵԱՀԿ  երեւանյան գրասենյակի մանդատը երկարաձգելու շուրջ: Ակնկալվում է, որ գրասենյակը կփակվի մոտակա ամիսներին: 

«Ցավալի է, որ, չնայած երկարատեւ ջանքերին, Մշտական խորհուրդը չի կարողացել համաձայնության գալ ԵԱՀԿ երեւանյան գրասենյակի մանդատը երկարաձգելու եւ գրասենյակի կարեւոր աշխատանքի շարունակականությունն ապահովելու հարցում: ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը կոչ է արել տալ ԵԱՀԿ դաշտային առաքելություններին գործունեության մանդատներ եւ բոլոր անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսները, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան իրականացնել իրենց համար կարեւոր ծրագրերը: Սակայն, ցավոք, եւս մեկ գործունեության դաշտ փակվում է»,-  ասել է Մութոննենը:

Վիգենինն, իր հերթին, շեշտել է ԵԱՀԿ երեւանյան գրասենյակի կարեւորությունը Հայաստանի եւ ԵԱՀԿ-ի համար՝ նշելով որ ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ն կշարունակի մնալ ակտիվորեն ներգրավված տարածաշրջանում:

«Հաշվի առնելով անցած տարիների ընթացքում Վրաստանում եւ Ադրբեջանում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակների փակումը` երեւանյան գրասենյակը խորհրդանշական նշանակություն եւ գործնական կարեւորություն ունի, որը չպետք է թերագնահատել: Ես անձամբ օգուտ եմ քաղել գրասենյակի փորձառությունից դիվանագիտական այցերի ընթացքում եւ հուսով եմ, որ առաքելության վերջնական փակմանը նախորդող միջանկյալ ժամանակահատվածում հնարավոր կլինի հասնել փոխզիջումային լուծման, որպեսզի երկիրը հնարավորություն ստանա օգտվել ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի աջակցությունից»,- նշել է Վիգենինը:

2014 թվականի Բաքվի հռչակարգրում ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ն կոչ էր արել «ընդունել ամբողջական, արդյունավետ եւ երկարաժամկետ մանդատներ ԵԱՀԿ դաշտային առաքելությունների համար»:

Ավելի վաղ, ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը՝ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ ավստրիական նախագահության եւ մասնակից երկրների ջանքերը՝ Բաքվին կառուցողական դաշտ վերադարձնելու եւ Երեւանում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի բնականոն գործունեությանը չխոչընդոտելու ուղղությամբ, ապարդյուն անցան: 

 «Հայաստանը շարունակելու է գործել որպես  ԵԱՀԿ ակտիվ եւ նախաձեռնող անդամ՝ իր նպաստը բերելով կազմակերպության նպատակների իրականացմանը։ Հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է դիտարկել Հայաստանում ԵԱՀԿ-ի ծրագրերի իրականացման առաջարկները, որոնք  մասնավորապես, հնչեցվել են ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի ընթացքում», նշել է նա:
