Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը փորձում են գտնել իրավական լուծումներ՝ Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի յոթ անդամների սպանության համար ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված ռուս նախկին զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի պատժի կատարումն ապահովելու համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Վիգեն Քոչարյանը:
«Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունում քննարկվում է ՌԴ քաղաքացի, ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված Վալերի Պերմյակովի պատժի կրման կազմակերպման հարցը: Հաշվի առնելով, որ առկա է իրավիճակ, երբ նշված անձի վերաբերյալ կան և՛ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, և՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատարանների կողմից կայացված վճիռներ, բնականաբար, այդ քննարկումները ներկայում իրականացվում են նաև ռուսական կողմի հետ՝ նպատակ հետապնդելով գտնելու անհրաժեշտ իրավական լուծումներ պատժի կատարումն ապահովելու համար: Կայացված որոշման վերաբե րյալ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը կտեղեկացնի հանրությանը»,-նշեց նախարարի տեղակալը:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել էր: Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Փախուստի դիմած զինծառայողին ռուս սահմանապահնե րը հայտնաբերել էին հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս և հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 23-ին Պերմյակովը դատապարտվել է ցմահ ազատազրկման: Պատժի կրումը հաշվարկվում է 2015 թվականի հունվարի 13-ից:
