Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությունը այլ քաղաքական ուժերի ներքին հարցերին չի խառնվում և որևէ կապ չունի «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքում առկա խմորումների հետ: Մայիսի 5-ին խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների շրջանակում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿխմբակցության ղեկավար ՎահրամԲաղդասարյանը` հակադարձելով ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանի հայտարարությանը, թե «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքում մանդատների բաշխման հետ կապված խնդիրներն ու դրա հետևանքով առաջացած խմորումները կազմակերպել է իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը` խորհրդարանում իր համար հավելյալ աջակցություն ապահովելու նպատակով: «Ես շատ շնորհակալ եմ, որ շատ բարձր եք գնահատում իշխանության դերը, որովհետև ես էլ եմ այն կարծիքին, որ Հայաստանում առանցքային քաղաքական ուժը Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն է: Բայց ևս մեկ անգամ ես հայտարարում եմ, որ դրանք իրենց կուսակցության ներքին հարցերն են, և մենք ուրիշի հարցերով չենք զբաղվում: Ինձ թվում է, որ յուրաքանչյուր խնդրի դեպքում անպայման պետք է մեղավորներ փնտրեն և թիրախում էլ, բնականաբար, պետք է հայտնվի իշխանությունը` Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Բաղդասարյանը:
Նա հստակեցրեց, որ իրենք որևէ կուսակցության ներքին հարցերին չեն խառնվում: «Համբերեք ևս մի քանի օր, իրենք իրենց հարցերը կպարզաբանեն: Եթե ինքնուրույն չեն կարող պարզաբանել, դրանով կզբաղվեն իրավապահները»,- ասաց Բաղդասարյանը:
Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ նկատի ունի, երբ ասում է, որ դրանով կզբաղվեն իրավապահները, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը պատասխանեց. «Եթե տվյալ քաղաքական ուժի ներկայացուցիչները դիմեն իրավապահ մարմիններին պարզաբանումների համար, իրավապահները կզբաղվեն դրանով: Այնտեղ կան վիճելի հարցեր, քանի որ մի մասը պնդում է, որ իրենք պատգամավորի մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմումներ չեն գրել, մյուս մասն էլ պնդում է, որ դիմումներ կան, իսկ եթե վիճելի հարցեր են լինում, դրանք պարզաբանում են իրավապահ մարմինները: Կդիմե՞ն այդ անձինք իրավապահ մարմիններին, թե ոչ, ես չեմ կարող ասել: Ավելի լավ կլինի` իրենց հարցնեք»:
«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի ցուցակներով պատգամավոր ընտրված 23 անձ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով ինքնաբացարկիդիմում էին ներկայացրել: Սակայն ինքնաբացարկի դիմում ներկայացրած անձանց ցանկի հրապարակումից հետո դաշինքի միխումբ պատգամավորներ հայտարարեցին, որ իրենք դիմում չեն գրել: Ինքնաբացարկի դիմում ներկայացրած 23 անձանցից 12-ըհետագայում ԿԸՀ-ին դիմեցին մանդատներից հրաժարվելու դիմումները չեղյալ համարելու և իրենց մանդատ տրամադրելու հարցով: Նրանցից 8-ի դիմումները ԿԸՀ-ն բավարարեց:
