Փաստաբանների 52 հոգանոց խումբն ավարտել է սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագծի ուսումնասիրությունները: Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնեցին փաստաբաններ Լուսինե Սահակյանը, Գևորգ Գյոզալյանը և Երվանդ Վարոսյանը:

Գևորգ Գյոզալյանի խոսքով՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտություն այս պահին Հայաստանում չկա: «Սա երկիրը կարող է հանգեցնել կործանման, քանի որ կառավարման համակարգը կախված է լինելու առանձին անձերից: Ինչ վերաբերում է մարդու իրավունքների գլխին, ապա դրանում չկա մի հոդված, որն ավելի լավն է, քան գործող Սահմանադրության նույն հոդվածը»,- ընդգծեց Գևորգ Գյոզալյանը:

Երվանդ Վարոսյանն էլ նշեց, որ ակնհայտ է՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով դատական համակարգը փոխանցվում է մեկ կուսակցության և մենք բոլորս գիտենք այդ կուսակցության անունը: Ըստ նրա՝ իշխանության կենտրոնացումը մեկ կուսակցության ձեռքում պարզապես հետընթաց չէ, այլ կոլապս է:

Խոսելով Փաստաբանների պալատի անդամների՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին նման ուսումնասիրության մասին, փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանն ասաց, որ այն էապես տարբերվում է իրենց ուսումնասիրությունից: «Մենք հստակ «ոչ» ենք ասում նախագծին, իսկ նրանք հանդես են գալիս որոշակի առաջարկներով»,- շեշտեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը:
