Արցախի մարտական դիրքերից մեկում ապրիլի 25-ին մահացած հայտնաբերված 19-ամյա զինծառայող Կարեն Ավետիսյանի մահվան դեպքով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում արդեն կան մեղադրյալներ:
NEWS.am-ը Քննչական կոմիտեի կայքից տեղեկանում է, որ մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել ժամկետային երեք զինծառայողների. Ա. Հարությունյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի (Զինծառայողների փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնագրքային կանոնները խախտելը նրանց միջև ստորադասության (ենթակայության) հարաբերությունների բացակայության դեպքում, որն արտահայտվել է ծաղրուծանակի ենթարկելով կամ հալածելով կամ ծեծելով կամ այլ բռնի գործողություններ կատարելով), 360-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով, (Զորամասում կամ զինվորական ծառայություն կրելու այլ վայրում զինծառայողին վիրավորանք հասցնելը՝ զինծառայողի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունն անպարկեշտ ձևով ստորացնելը մեկ այլ զինծառայողի կողմի) Թ.Օվսիյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 360-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (երկու դրվագ), Է.Խանաղյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ հայտարարվում էր, թե Կարենն ինքնասպանություն է գործել, մինչդեռ հարազատներն այդ վարկածին չէին հավատում: Մասնավորապես Կարենի մորաքույր Ալինա Աբրահամյանը նշել էր, որ չի կարող 9 ամսվա ծառայող զինվորը զենքի հետ անփույթ վարվել»:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Արցախի մարտական դիրքերից մեկում ապրիլի 25-ին մահացած հայտնաբերված 19-ամյա զինծառայող Կարեն Ավետիսյանը Երեւանի բնակիչ էր: Նա բանակ էր զորակոչվել մեկ տարի առաջ՝ հուլիսին: Կարեն Ավետիսյանը ընտանիքի միակ որդին էր, ունի իրենից փոքր քույր:
Պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Կարեն Ավետիսյանը ծնոտի շրջանում մահացու հրազենային վնասվածքով հայտնաբերվել է 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 25-ին՝ ժամը 05:00-ի սահմանում:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ մահացու վնասվածքը Կարեն Ավետիսյանը հասցրել է ինքն իրեն՝ իրեն ամրակցված գնդացրով:
Դեպքի առթիվ երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
