Սահմանամերձ համայնքների 176 առաջին կուրսեցիներ ստացան ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցում

Տավուշի, Վայոց ձորի, Արարատի, Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի սահմանամերձ 33 համայնքների 176 ուսանող հոկտեմբերի 7-ին Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի կողմից ստացավ 2015-2016 ուսումնական տարվա 1-ին կիսամյակի ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցում: Փոխհատուցում ստացան պետական, ոչ պետական և միջպետական բուհերի առկա ուսուցման համակարգի բակալավրիատի ուսանողները։
«Նախաձեռնությունը սկիզբ է առել 2015 թվականի հունվարից: Կառավարությունը համապատասխան գումար է հատկացրել սահմանապահ համայնքներում սովորող ուսանողների համար, և մենք առաջին փուլով 140 ուսանողի ուսման վարձ էինք փոխհատուցել: Այս կիսամյակում ընդլայնեցինք մասշտաբները, եթե նախկինում փոխհատուցում ստանում էին միայն պետական բուհերի ուսանողները, այս ծրագրից բոլորն են օգտվում »,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուներիխորհրդի համակարգող Կարեն Ավագյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` սա 38 միլիոն արժողությամբ ծրագիր է, և ՀԵՀ-ն իր խնայողությունները ևս օգտագործել է ծրագիրն իրականացնելու համար:
«Փորձում ենք մեղմել այն ֆինանսական խնդիրը, որ կա մեր ուսանողների մոտ»,-հավելեց Կարեն Ավագյանը:
Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի համակարգողը շեշտեց, որ առաջին կուրսեցիների առաջադիմությունը դեռևս պարզ չէ: «Բացառապես օգտագործվել է բնակության վայրից համապատասխան տեղեկանքը: Ի դեպ, այն մարդիկ, ովքեր իմացել են ծրագրի մասին և արագ փորձել են գրանցում ստանալ սահմանամերձ համայնքներում, չեն ստացել փոխհատուցում»,-հավելեց նա: Կարեն Ավագյանը նշեց, որ եթե հնարավորություններ լինեն, իրենք ծրագրում կընդգրկեն բոլոր կուրսերի ուսանողներին: «Բավական մեծ գումար է, հիմնադրամը նման հնարավորություններ չունի» ,-ընդգծեց նա:
Լիլիթ Պետրոսյանը Չինարիից է, սովորում է ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետում: «Շատ եմ կարևորում կրթաթոշակը ոչ միայն ինձ, այլև սահմանամերձ շրջաններից այլ ուսաողների համար: Կարծում եմ, որ ֆինանսական առումով մեծ աջակցություն է ուսանողներին: Ապրել սահմանամերձ գոտում` նշանակում է զգալ, թե ինչ է հայրենիքը, ինչ է նշանակում լինել հայ: Անընդհատ լսում ենք կրակոցներ, բայց կյանքը շարունակվում է` չնայած դժվարություններին»,-նշեց Լիլիթ Պետրոսյանը:
Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամն ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման ծրագիրն իրականացրել է ՀՀ կառավարության և Կրթության ու գիտության նախարարության աջակցությամբ, ինչպես նաև իր միջոցներով։ 176 ուսանողի ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցման գումարն ընդհանուր առմամբ կազմել է 38 միլիոն 71 հազար դրամ։
Երիտասարդական հիմնադրամն արդեն 2-րդ անգամ է իրականացնում սահմանամերձ համայնքների ուսանողների աջակցման ծրագիր: 2011 թվականից ի վերՀայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամը տարբեր ծրագրերի շրջանակներում ուսման վարձի վճարման հարցում աջակցել է մոտ 4200 ուսանողի։
