Մեքենաների տեխզննման կտրոնը վերանալու է

Շատ է խոսվել այն մասին, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի համար նախ պետք է վերացնել դրա օջախները: Նման մի օջախ էլ իրենցից ներկայացնում են ավտոմեքենաներին տեխզննման կտրոն տվող կայանները:
Այս մասին այսօր խոսել է նաև տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը: Նախարարի խոսքով տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխզննման համակարգն այսօր կրում է ոչ պատշաճ բնույթ: Վարորդները, վճարում կատարելով, գնում են կտրոնը և ոչ մի տեխզննում չեն անցում, ինչն իրենցի ներկայացնում է ոչ միայն կոռուպցիոն գործարք, այլև վտանգի տակ է դնում թե՛ տվյալ վարորդի, թե՛ երթևեկության մնացած մասնակիցների կյանքն ու առողջությունը:
Այս խնդրի կարգավորման համար մշակվել է օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթ, որի արդյունքում տեխզննման կտրոնը վերանալու է, վերահսկողությունն իրականացվելու է էլեկտրոնային համակարգով: Հսկողություն իրականացնող բոլոր մարմինները հնարավորություն են ստանալու տեսնել տրանսպորտային միջոցը տեխզննում անցել է, թե` ոչ: Այստեղ բացառվում է մեքենայի շահագործումը առանց ստուգելու , քանի որ մինչև մեքենան չմոտենա տեխզննման կայան, չկանգնի ստենդի վրա, չզննվի` էլեկտրոնային համակարգ չի մտնելու և թույլատվություն չի ստանալու հետագա վարման համար:
