Քալիֆորնիայում սկսվել է հայ նշանավոր երգչուհի Ֆլորա Մարտիրոսյանի մահվան գործով դատավարությունը։

55-ամյա երգչուհին մահացել է սեպսիսից Glendale Memorial Hospital հիվանդանոցում՝ լեղապարկի վիրահատությունից մի քանի օր անց։ Ֆլորա Մարտիրոսյանի ազգականները բժշկին մեղադրում են անփութության մեջ, հայտնում է blog.cvn.com-ը։

Փաստաբան Ամանդա Մաքքլինթոքի խոսքով բժիշկ Մարտիրոս Միհրանյանը երգչուհուն չէր նշանակել անհրաժեշտ հակաբիոտիկներ ու նրան դուրս էր գրել հիվանդանոցից, չնայած նա վիրահատությունից հետո բարձր ջերմություն ուներ։ Ելույթ ունենալով ապրիլի 28-ին կայացած դատական նիստին, փաստաբանը, որը ներկայացնում է երգչուհու երեխաներին, նկատել է, որ բժշկի սխալն է դարձել հիվանդի մահվան պատճառը։

Փաստաբանը շեշտել է, որ նմանատիպ ինֆեկցիան սովորական երեւույթ է նման վիրահատության համար ու բժիշկը պետք է բարձր ջերմության պատճառը պարզեր Ֆլորա Մարտիրոսյանին հիվանդանոցից դուրս գրելուց առաջ։

Բժշկի փաստաբանն էլ իր հերթին ասել է, որ Միհրանյանը հետեւել է բուժման ստանդարտ ընթացակարգին ու երգչուհու մահը եղել է մի քանի գործոնների հետեւանք, որոնք բժիշկը չէր կարող վերահսկել։ Նրա խոսքով, դուրս գրման պահին հիվանդի ջերմությունը իջած է եղել, իսկ մի քանի լաբորատոր հետազոտություններն էլ որեւէ խախտում չէին բացահայտել։ «Նրան հիվանդանոցում պահելու պատճառ չի եղել»,- ասել է փաստաբանը։

Բացի դրանից Միհրանյանի փաստաբանը շեշտել է, որ շատ բժիշկներ չեն շտապում այդքան շուտ հակաբիոտիկներ նշանակել՝ դեղորայքի հանդեպ կայուն բակտերիաների աճող սպառնալիքի պատճառով։ Նա հավելել է, որ երբ Մարտիրոսյանը վերադարձել է հիվանդանոց շնչառական անբավարարությամբ, նրանով զբաղվել է բժիշկների թիմ, որի մեջ Միհրանյանը չէր մտնում, ու նրանք բոլորն էլ համամիտ էին, որ վիրահատությունը ճիշտ է եղել կատարված։

Դատավարությունը կշարունակվի մինչեւ մայիսի 9-ը

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ֆլորա Մարտիրոսյանը մահացել է 2012-ի մայիսի 20-ին Լոս Անջելեսի հիվանդանոցում։
