Երևանում կկառուցվի «Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ հյուրանոց, իսկ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հյուսիսային մայրաքաղաքում՝ «Երևան» առևտրի կենտրոն։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի նահանգապետ Գեորգի Պոլտավչենկոն։ 
«Մոտակա ամիսներին մեր քաղաքում կսկսվի «Երևան» առևտրի կենտրոնի շինարարությունը։ Նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն երկար են տևել, բայց արդեն հատկացված է տարածքը, կա նախագիծ։ Ես գրեթե համոզված եմ, որ այս տարվա աշնանը կամ հաջորդ տարվա սկզբին շինարարությունը կսկսվի։ Արդեն հստակ պատկերացում կա, թե ով է կառուցելու, ով է երդնելու և ով է լինելու ռեզիդենտը»,- նշեց Պոլտավչենկոն։ 
Նա վստահաբար ասաց, քանի որ հայ շինարարներ են աշխատանքները իրականացնելու, ապա նախագիծը կավարտվի շատ կարճ ժամկետում։ 
Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն էլ իր հերթին ասաց, որ Երևան քաղաքում էլ կկառուցվի «Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ» հյուրանոց, որի ներդրողների հետ այժմ բանակցություններ են վարվում։ 
«Երևանում հյուրանոցը կառուցելու է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի կողմը, իսկ առևտրի կենտրոնն իրենց մոտ` մեր կողմը։ Բնականաբար, մասնավորների կողմից է իրականացվելու այդ ամենը։ Մենք հ ետագայում շատ ծրագրեր ունենք, քննարկել ենք և ընդամենը սկիզբն ենք դրել։ Այժմ մեր թիմերն աշխատում են, և հուսով եմ, որ արդյունքների մասին շուտով ձեզ կտեղեկացնենք»,- եզրափակեց Տարոն Մարգարյանը։ 
Հյուրանոցի համար արդեն կես տարի առաջ հատկացվել է տարածք, ուղղակի ըստ կանոնակարգի ընթանում էին համապատասխան գործընթացներ։ Հյուրանոցը լինելու է Աբովյան պուրակի վերին հատվածում։
