Սիրիական հակամարտությունը կկարգավորվի ոչ թե օդային, այլ ցամաքային գրոհների ճանապարհով. արեւելագետ

Եթե նախկինում սիրիական խնդրում կողմերը երկուսն էին, ապա այսօր կողմերը տասնյակներ են, եւ դա է պատճառը, որ սիրիական հարցի լուծումը վերածվել է խառնաշփոթի:
Արեւելագետ Սուրեն Մանուկյանի գնահատմամբ, Սիրիայի ներսում հիմնական կողմերը 5-ն են, սակայն նրանց կոնֆիգուրացիաներն են տարբեր:
Մանուկյանի ներկայացմամբ, կառավարական բանակի տիրապետության տակ է գտնվում երկրի 30 տոկոսը, սակայն դա ամենաբնակեցված շրջանն է, եւ այդ տարածքներում է ապրում բնակչության 70 տոկոսը: «Իսլամական պետության» տիրապետության ենթակայության տակ է գտնվում երկրի 50 տոկոսը, սակայն դրանց մեծ մասը անապատներ են, որտեղ կա շատ նավթ: Ըստ Մանուկյանի, հենց այդ նավթի շնորհիվ է, որ «Իսլամական պետության» գրոհայինները կարողանում են անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցներ հայթայթել: Սուրեն Մանուկյանը շեշտում է, որ Սիրիայում, բացի կառավարական զորքերից եւ Իսլամական պետությունից, հակամարտության կողմեր են հանդիսանում քրդերը, ովքեր պայքարում են «Իսլամական պետության» դեմ եւ դեմ են երկրի մասնատմանը: Մյուսը Ազատ Սիրիայի բանակն է, որն, ըստ մասնագետի, չափավոր ծայրահեղականության կողմնակից է եւ արդեն թուլացրել է իր դիրքերը, սակայն հարթակում է արեւմտյան գումարների շնորհիվ: «Արեւմուտքն օգտագործում է Ազատ սիրիայի բանակը, որպեսզի լեգիտիմացնի իր ներկայությունը Սիրիայում: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ալ Նուսրային, նրանք բաղկացած են 100 այլ խմբավորումներից, որոնք համամետաբար ավելի քիչ դաժանությամբ են աչքի ընկնում , քան Իսլամական պետության գրոհայինները, որոնք ցուցադրական դաժանություն են իրականացնում եւ ներկայացնում»,- ասաց Մանուկյանը` հավելելով, որ ներքին հակամարտող կողմերից բացի գործում են արտաքին գործոններ, որոնք ներկա դրությամբ երկուսն են:
«Արդեն մեկ տարի է ԱՄՆ-ի ձեւավորած խումբը, որտեղ, ըստ կազմակերպիչների, 60 պետություն է ընդգրկված, ռմբակոծում են «Իսլամական պետության» դիրքերը: Ըստ տեղեկությունների, 6000 ռմբակոծում է տեղի ունեցել, սակայն մեկ տարվա ընթացքում լուրջ տեղաշարժ տեղի չի ունեցել:
Մյուս կողմը ռուսական ռազմաօդային ուժն է: «Թեպետ Ռուսաստանը սկզբից էր ներգրավված սիրիական հակամարտության լուծման մեջ, սակայն միայն վերջերս օդուժ կիրառեց»,- ասաց Մանուկյանը` հավելելով, որ ՌԴ-ի ներգրավվածությունը նպատակ ունի պահպանել Ասադի իշխանությունը, քանի որ Մերձավոր Արեւելքում Ասադը Ռուսաստանի միակ դաշնակիցն է, եւ ռուսները պետք է ամեն միջոց կիրառեն` պահպանելու Ասադին:
Միաժամանակ, ըստ Մանուկյանի, բոլորն էլ հասկանում են, որ միան օդուժի միջոցով անհնար կլինի հասնել հաջողության, եւ Սիրիայում միայն ցամաքային պատերազմի միջոցով կարող է հաղթանակ գրանցվել: Սա, ըստ արեւելագետի, կբերի նոր փոփոխությունների եւ նոր լարվածության, հատկապես, որ ԱՄՆ-ն, դա գիտակցելով, արդեն աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում քրդերին, ովքեր պատերազմում են Իսլամական պետության դեմ:
