Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին կներքաշի Իսլամական Պետության դեմ պատերազմի մե՞ջ․ Ի՞նչ է նշանակում Լավրովի հայտարարությունը

Armtimes.com / Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, որ «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը չի ցանկանում վայր դնել զենքը եւ հանձնվել:
Նա խոստացել է ոչնչացնել ԻՊ-ին՝ հավելելով, որ այդ նպատակի համար կարող են գործի դրվել նաեւ Տաջիկստանում, Ղրղզստանում և Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական ռազմաբազաները: «ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ուժային ստորաբաժանումները մշտապես պատրաստ են գործելու: Պատրաստ են նաև Տաջիկստանում, Ղրղզստանում և Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական բազաները: Քանի դեռ այդ վարակը չի ոչնչացվել, այդ առաջնահերթությունները պահպանվելու են»,- ասել է նա:
Լավրովի՝ նշված երեք հետխորհրդային պետություններում ռուսական ռազմաբազաների մասին ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարի համատեքստում հիշեցումը պատահական չէ: Բացի նրանից, որ այս երկրներում Ռուսաստանն ունի ռազմաբազաներ եւ ռազմավարական շահեր, նշված երեք պետություններն այս կամ այն ձեւով իրենց վրա զգում են ԻՊ-ից բխող սպառնալիքները:
Հայաստանի պարագայում գործում է առաջին հերթին աշխարհագրությունը: Հայաստանից շուրջ 400-500 կմ հեռավորության վրա ԻՊ-ի մասնակցությամբ ծավալվում են արյունալի իրադարձություներ Սիրիայում եւ Իրաքում: Իսկ այդ գործողությունների հետեւանքով տասնյակ հազարավոր սիրիահայեր հեռացան Սիրիայից, նրանց մի մասն էլ հաստատվեց Հայաստանում:
Տաջիկստանի եւ Ղրղզստանի մասին հիշեցումը եւս պատահական չէ: Նախ գործ ունենք երկու մուսուլմանական պետությունների հետ, ու հենց կրոնական գործոնն արդեն պարարտ հող է ստեղծում այդ երկրներում իսլամական ծայրահեղականության տարածման համար: Այս երկրներից մեկը՝ Տաջիկստանը, սահմանակցում է Աֆղանստանին, որտեղից գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով թալիբները հարձակումներ են իրագործում տաջիկական սահմանի ուղղությամբ:
Եւ այնուամենայնիվ, Գյումրու ռազմաբազան ներքաշել ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարում, նշանակում է լուրջ վտանգի տակ դնել, Գյումրին, Երեւանը եւ ամբողջ Հայաստանը: Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն կարող սա չգիտակցել, եւ պետք է ամեն ինչ անեն նման զարգացում թույլ չտալու համար: Այս հարցում կարող է օգտակար լիներ, մասնավորապես, ՀԱՊԿ նոր գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը:
