ԱԻՆ և Ucom ընկերության համագործակցությամբ կվերազինվեն հակակարկտային կայանները

 ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարությունում մայիսի 6-ին Դավիթ Տոնոյանի և Ucom ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանի՝ նախապես ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությամբ ստորագրվեց աջակցության վերաբերյալ պայմանագիր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից: 

Համաձայն պայմանագրի՝ Ucom ընկերությունն արդիականացված երկքարտանի մոդեմներ կտրամադրի Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքում տեղադրված ու գործող բջջային կապով աշխատող հակակարկտային կայաններին: 

Հակակարկտային կայանները հավելյալ երկքարտանի մոդեմներով զինելը հնարավորություն կտա կրճատել տեխնիկական թերությունները և ապահովագրել համակարգը նախկինում արձանագրված խափանումներից: Ucom ընկերության 15 մլն դրամի ներդրումը բջջային օպերատորների կապով աշխատող կայաններում այսուհետ կապահովի անխափան աշխատանք: 

Մոդեմները կտեղադրվեն կարկտահարության հնարավոր վտանգ պարունակող համայնքներում գործող կայաններում:

ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը ողջունեց Ucom ընկերության և ԱԻՆ երկարաժամկետ համագործակցության արդյունքը. «Դեռ 5 տարի առաջ սկսված քննարկումներն այսօր տեսանելի արդյունք են տվել: Հակակարկտային կայանների արդիականացման արդյունքում համակարգի խափանման հավանականությունը գրեթե չեզոքացվում է՝ բարձրացնելով բնական աղետներին գյուղական տնտեսությունների դիմակայունության մակարդակը:  Շնորհակալ ենք մեր համակարգի հետ ճիշտ և արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար»: 

Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Հ. Եսայանը նույնպես անդրադարձավ համագործակցության կարևորությանը. «Մեծագույն պատրաստակամությամբ ենք մասնակցել քննարկումներին, որոնց արդյունքում խոստացել էինք միջոցներ ձեռնարկել գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի զարգացմանը խոչընդոտող օդերևութաբանական խնդիրները լուծելու ուղղությամբ: Այժմ ուրախությամբ փաստում ենք, որ այս ներդրման արդյունքում արդիականացված՝ 3G մոդեմները թույլ կտան առավել արագ արձագանքել և կանխել հնարավոր աղետը»: 

«Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մթնոլորտային երևույթների վրա ակտիվ ներգործության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Լևոն Վարդանյանը նշեց, որ նոր մոդեմները լուրջ խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորություն են: «Ասպիսով՝ մեկ կապի աշխատանքի ուշացման կամ խափանման պարագայում հնարավոր է գործի դնել մյուսը և ժամանակին ուղարկել SMS-ները, որոնց օգնությամբ գործարկվում են հակակարկտային կայանները: Սա վկայում է, որ կրկնակի նվազում են կայանների խափանման ռիսկերը»,- եզրափակեց տնօրենը: 

Կարևորելով հանրապետությունում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման գործընթացը՝ կողմերը նշեցին հետագա համագործակցության այլ վեկտորներ ևս, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն բնակչության դիմկայունության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը:  

Նշենք, որ հանրապետության տարածքում տարբեր տարիներին գրանցվել են կարկտահարության դեպքեր, որոնք մեծ չափերի վնասներ են հասցրել ինչպես գյուղատնտեսությանը, այնպես էլ՝ բնակչությանը: Նման դեպքերում շատ հաճախ ժամանակին չի գործել հակակարկտային կայանը, քանի որ խափանված է եղել բջջային օպերատորի կապը: Վերը նշված՝ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ և Ucom ընկերության միջև ստորագրված պայմանագիրը հնարավորություն կտա առավելագույնս բացառել նման դեպքերը:
