Տևական ժամանակ է՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը ամեն կերպ փորձում է կեղծ տեղեկատվության և սադրանքների միջոցով ստեղծել նախապայմաններ շփման գծում լայնամասշտաբ գործողությունների անցնելու համար, սակայն փետրվարյան ձախողումներից հետո ամեն կերպ խուսափում է բախումներից ու դրա հետևանքներից:
Վերջին օրերին ներքին լսարանի հուսախաբությունը կոտրելու, իր բանակում տիրող բարդակի ու ներքաղաքական հարցեր լուծելու համար Ալիևի կլանը անցել է ապատեղեկատվության մի շղթայի, որտեղ մի դեպքում Թարթառի շրջանում իր զինվորների փոխհրաձգության համար մեղադրում է հայկական կողմին, մյուս դեպքում ներքին լսարանի պահանջները բավարարելու համար Հասանովի պարտված դիմակի փոխարեն ասպարեզ է նետում սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատար գեներալ Գուլիևին, սակայն ներքաղաքական բարդ իրավիճակից դուրս գալու և նախապատերազմական շահավետ պայմաններ ստեղծելու համար զոհասեղանին դնում է իր կլանի հանդեպ այլակարծիք ռազմական գործիչների ու քաղաքացիների՝ մեղադրելով նրանց Հայաստանի հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ համագործակցության, ռազմական գաղտնիքների փոխանցման և Բաքվում իբր կազմակերպվող ահաբեկչությունների շարքի մեջ:
Այսպիսով՝ Ալիևի կլանը հանուն սեփական շահի ու քաղաքական այլակարծության զսպանակի անցնում է ակտիվ սադրանքների մի վիճակի, երբ չի խնայում նույնիսկ սեփական քաղաքացիներին և ռազմական գործիչներին, իսկ այս պարագայում առաջիկայում ականատես ենք լինելու ռազմական գործողություների և սադրանքների, որտեղ հայկական կողմի պատրաստվածության շնորհիվ Ադրբեջանը կորցնելու է ոչ միայն ապրիլին վերցրածը, այլ կորուստներով հետ է շպրտվելու:
