Եթե ռուսական զենքը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում սպառազինության հավասարակշռության խախտման ռիսկի գործոն հանդիսանա, առաջին հերթին ձեռնտու չի լինի հենց Ռուսաստանին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ռուսական «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալության հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը` անդրադառնալով Ռուսաստանի կողմ ից Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու վերաբերյալ հարցին: «Ռուսաստանի հետ մենք միանշանակ դաշնակիցներ ենք: Դրա մասին գիտեն բոլորը: Եվ եթե սպառազինության հավասարակշռության խախտման արդյունքում ռուսական զենքը հակամարտության մեջ ռիսկի ֆակտոր հանդիսանա, ապա ես կարծում եմ, որ առաջին հերթին դա ձեռնտու չի լինի հենց Ռուսաստանին»,- ասել է Վիգեն Սարգսյանը
Նա հավելել է, որ Հայաստանի հասարակությունը Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու խնդրին շատ մեծ ուշադրություն է հատկացնում, հատկապես, երբ այդ զենքը իրավիճակի սրման դեպքում կիրառվում է, ինչպես դա տեղի ունեցավ 2016թ. ապրիլին: «Այդ զենքի կիրառման ցանկացած դեպք Հայաստանում շատ լուրջ էմոցիաների առիթ է տալիս` հաշվի առնելով մեր ազգի հատուկ վերաբերմունքը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ»,- ընդգծել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը:
