«Առաջիկայում գործարար պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին լուրջ մրցակիցներ կարող են հայտնվել հայկական շուկայում: «Հայազն» կուսակցության ղե­կավար Արմեն Մկրտչյանն ու քաղտեխնոլոգ Կարեն Քոչարյանը որոշել են զբաղվել շաքարավազի, ալյուրի, ձեթի, հավի բդի և մի շարք այլ ապրանքատեսակ­ների ներկրմամբ: Հայտնի է, որ այդ ապրանքատեսակները Հայաստան ներկրում է ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական պատ­գամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը, և մինչ օրս ուրիշ տնտեսվարողի կողմից այդ ապրանքները ներկրելու փորձերը հիմնականում անհաջողության են մատն­վել: Այդ տնտեսվարողներին կամ սպառնացել են, կամ այլ մեթոդներով ստիպել հրաժարվել այդ մտքից:

«Որքանով որ ես եմ տեղյակ' շաքարավազ ներկրելու դաշտում մենաշնորհ կա, և ես պատրաստ եմ օրինակ ծառայել' կոտրելու այդ կարծրատիպերը, որ հնարավոր չի շաքարավազ ներկրել Հայաստան: Իմ քայլն առաջին հեր­թին քաղաքական ակցիա է, հետո նոր միայն բիզնես»,- «ժամանակ»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արմեն Մկրտչյանը' հավելելով, որ արդեն միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ ունեն հստակ պայմանավորվածություններ, հանդիպումները կայացել են, և առաջիկա մի քանի օրում շաքարավազի 
առաջին խմբաքանակը կլինի Հայաստա­նում:

«Շաքարավազի ներկրման ամբողջ պրոցեսը լինելու է հրապարակային, որևէ թաքուն գործարք, հանդիպում, պայմանավորվածություն չի լինելու, քանի որ մեր գերնպատակը մենաշնորհ կոչված միֆը կոտրելն է: Մենք ցան­կանում ենք ցույց տալ, թե ինչպես կարելի է օրինական ճանապարհով, բոլոր հարկերը վճարելով շաքարավազ ներկրել, և դրա արդյունքում որքան կարժենա այն շուկա­յում»,- ասաց Մկրտչյանը»,-գրում է թերթը:
