Հաղթահարեք նախապաշարմունքները եւ բարդույթները
Անհրաժեշտ է մի կողմ դնել բոլոր նախապաշարմունքներն այն մասին, որ անպատշաճ է առաջինը գայթակղել տղամարդուն: Դա այդպես չէ: Տղամարդիկ եւս սիրում են, երբ իրենց գայթակղում են: Նրանց մոտ եւս կարող է ցածր ինքնագնահատական լինել եւ նրանք եւս կարող են ամաչել առաջին քայլն անելուց: Նրանց օգնեք այդ հարցում, առաջինը սկսեք:
Մի զբաղվեք ինքնախարազանմամբ, ինչպես օրինակ. «Ես ընդհանրապես գրավիչ չեմ, ո՞վ ինձ հետ կծանոթանա», «Իսկ գուցե ես նրան դուր չե՞մ գալիս», «Իսկ գուցե ես վա՞տ եմ հագնված», «Ինչո՞ւ եմ էսպես կտրել մազերս: Դա ինձ ընդհանրապես չի սազում»:

Տղամարդուց աչք մի կտրեք, հետո հայացքը դարձյալ շեղեք նրանից, հետո նորից նայեք նրանց` թարթիչների տակից:

Նրան ցուցադրեք ձեր մազերի ամբողջ գրավչությունը. թափ տվեք դրանք (կարելի է նախապես օծանելիք ցանել), շտկեք սանրվածքը կամ էլ շոյեք մազերը: խաղացեք փնջերի հետ, դրանք փաթաթեք մատին եւ բաց թողեք, կրկնեք մի քանի անգամ: Տղամարդիկ կհմայվեն այդ գործողությունից:
