«Քանի որ քաղաքական ուժերը և ֆեյսբուքյան խիզախ ընդդիմադիրներն արդեն բոլոր հնարավոր և անհնարին քաղաքական, ինչպես նաև անձնական դիվիդենդները քաղել են Արթուր Սարգսյանի մահվանից, ես, ինչպես և խոստացել էի, կփորձեմ հանգիստ, առանց հույզերի խոսել այդ մարդու և նրա շուրջ հյուսվող լեգենդի մասին' հասկանալով, իհարկե, որ նույնիսկ հիմա, երբ կրքերը հանդարտվել են, կարժանանամ «համացանցային ֆիդայիների» բննադատությանը:
«Սասնա Ծռեր» զինված խումբն, ըստ նախաքննության նյութերի, հարձակվել է ոստիկանական գնդի վրա, սպանել է ոստիկաններին, պատանդներ է պահել, այրել է մեքենաներ, թալանել է տարածքում առկա բանկոմատը: Այսինքն' ենթադրաբար, կատարել է մի շարք ծանր հանցագործություններ: Ոստիկանությունը պե՞տք է շրջափակման մեջ վերցներ այդ տարածքը: Ինձ թվում է' պարտավոր էր: Պե՞տք է հետ մղեր ցուցարարների և նրանց առաջնորդող քաղաքական գործիչների հարձակումները, որոնց նպատակն էր ճեղքել ոստիկանների օղակը և «միանալ տղերքին»: Նույնպես պարտավոր էր: Արդյո՞ք ոստիկանությունը Խորենացի փողոցում և Սարի թաղում գործում էր պրոֆեսիոնալ և օրենքի շրջանակներում: Ոչ, ոստիկանները գործում էին փնթի, հաճախ անհամաչափ և ապօրինի, ինչի մասին շատ մանրամասն գրված է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի զեկույցում: Սակայն ոստիկանության աշխատանքի թերությունները չեն չեզոքացնում «Սասնա ծռերի» կատարած ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը: (Կրկնում եմ «ենթադրյալ» բառը, քանի որ, ինչպես հայտնի է, մարդկանց կարող է հանցագործ անվանել միայն դատարանը):
Արդյո՞ք վտանգ ներկայացնող օջախը շրջափակած ոստիկանները պարտավոր էին զինված խմբին ամեն օր «Դոլմամայից» ուտեստներ բերել: Կարծում եմ' ոչ: Ոստիկանները պարտավոր էին որոշակի մակարդակում պահպանել խմբի անդամների և հատկապես պատանդների կենսունակությունը, ինչը և արվում էր՝ դատելով նրանից, որ մինչև «հաց բերելը» ոչ ոք սովից չմահացավ: Արթուր Սարգսյանը, հաց բերելու նպատակով, ինչ-որ կերպ ճեղքեց շրջափակող ոստիկանական օղակը, այսինքն' ենթադրաբար, նույնպես խախտեց օրենքը: Արդյոք պարտադի՞ր էր որպես Արթուրի խափանման միջոց ընտրել կալանքը: Ինձ թվում է' ոչ, նա որևէ ձևով չէր կարող խոչընդոտել քննությանը: Արթուրի մահն, անշուշտ, նրան երկու անգամ կալանավորելու որոշում կայացնող քննիչների խղճին է»,-գրում է թերթը:
