Դինքի գործով ձերբակալված ոստիկաններից հինգն ազատ են արձակվել

Պոլսահայ լրագրող, Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի գործով ձերբակալված անվտանգության նախկին 5 աշխատակից ազատ են արձակվել:

Սպանության գործը քննող Ստամբուլի հանրապետական դատախազության ահաբեկչության և կազմակերպված հանցագործության դեմ պայքարի բաժնի դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն հարցաքննության է կանչել անվտանգության նախկին 9 ձերբակալված աշխատակիցների:
Հարցաքննությունից հետո Ֆարուք Ս.-ն, Յըլմազ Ա.-ն, Օսման Գ.-ն, Մեհմեթ Ա.-ն և Օնուր Ք.-ն, ովքեր մեղադրվում էին «կազմակերպված սպանության» և «հանցագործություն իրականացնելու նպատակով հանցախմբի անդամ լինելու» հիմնավորումներով, հիմնարար ապացույցների բացակայության պատճառով ազատ են արձակվել:
Նույն հարցաքննությանը մասնակցել են նաև 2015 թվականի սկզբից ձերբակալված Թուրքիայի ոստիկանության հետախուզության նախկին պետ Ռամազան Աքյուրեքը, Ջիզրեի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Էրջան Դեմիրը, անվտանգության պետ Օզքան Մումջուն և ոստիկանական ծառայող Մուհիթթին Զենիթը: Հարցաքննությունից նետո նրանց վրայից ևս հանվել են վերոնշյալ մեղադրանքները, սակայն նրանք այլ հանցանքներում մեղադրվելու պատճառով կրկին տեղափոխվել են կալանավայր:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը դատապարտվեց ցմահ բանտարկության, իսկ անմիջականհանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործովդատավարությունն սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին կառաջադրվի «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման եւ ղեկավարման կամ դրանումմասնակցություն ունÕ �նալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկինոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ որոշումներ են ընդունվել:
