Պետական պարտատոմսերի աճուրդներն այսուհետ կկազմակերպվեն ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիայի հարթակում

Պետական գանձապետական պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման և հետգնման աճուրդները ապրիլի 25-ից Կենտրոնական բանկից տեղափոխվել են «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ի հարթակ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ից, այս նախաձեռնությունը կյանքի կոչելու նպատակով կատարվել են համակարգային փոփոխություններ՝ նպատակ ունենալով պետական պարտատոմսերի աճուրդների կազմակերպման գործընթացն իրականացնել նորագույն և լավագույն միջազգային ստանդարտներին համապատասխան: Արդյունքում՝ պետական պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման և հետգնման աճուրդներն այսուհետ կազմակերպվելու են Nasdaq-ի կողմից մշակված և գերժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներով օժտված Genium INET էլեկտրոնային առևտրային համակարգի միջոցով: Genium INET բազմաֆունկցիոնալ առևտրային համակարգը կիրառվում է ինչպես Nasdaq-ի կազմում գործող ամերիկյան և եվրոպական բորսաների կողմից, այնպես էլ այնպիսի խոշոր ֆինանսական կենտրոններում, ինչպիսիք են Տոկիոն, Հոնկոնգը, Սինգապուրը:
Նոր ավտոմատացված առևտրային համակարգի ներդրմամբ հեշտացվել են պետական պարտատոմսերի աճուրդների կազմակերպման աշխատանքները: Մասնավորապես՝ ծրագրային համակարգն ավելի ճկուն և հարմարավետ է օգտագործողի համար: Այն տալիս է հեշտացված կարգով հայտերի մուտքագրման և միկրովայրկյանների ընթացքում գործարքների կնքման հնարավորություններ: Համակարգն ապահովում է T+1 սկզբունքով վերջնահաշվարկի իրականացումը, ինչը լրացուցիչ հնարավորություն է տալիս առևտրի մասնակիցներին իրացվելիության կառավարման տեսանկյունից:
Բացի այդ, Genium INET-ի ժամանակակից ծրագրային լուծումները հնարավորություն են տալիս Կառավարությանն ավելի ճկուն լինել պարտքի կառավարման գործընթացում:
Հարկ է նշել, որ վերոնշյալ նախագիծը մշակվել և ներդրվել է ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիայի, ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի և ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության համատեղ ջանքերի արդյունքում: Նախագծի հաջող իրականացումը ևս մեկ քայլ է կապիտալի շուկայի կայացման և ենթակառուցվածքային զարգացման ուղղությամբ:
«ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ն Հայաստանում գործող միակ ֆոնդային բորսան է: 26.01.2009թ.-ից «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ-ն պաշտոնապես վերանվանվել է «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ի, իսկ 05.06.2009թ.-ից ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիան «Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական
