Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունում անցկացվել է աշխատանքային ամփոփիչ խորհրդակցություն

ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող, արդարադատության գեներալ-մայոր Արմեն Հարությունյանը մայիսի 10-ին աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության ղեկավար կազմի մասնակցությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԴԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից, հերթական ամենամսյա աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ծառայության ղեկավարին զեկուցվել է նախորդ խորհրդակց ության ընթացքում տրված և արդեն կատարված հանձնարարականների մասին:

Ամփոփվել է 2017 թվականի ապրիլ ամսվա ընթացքում հարուցված, ավարտված ու կարճված կատարողական վարույթների վերաբերյալ վիճակագրությունը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ծառայության բաժինների կողմից իրականացված բռնագանձումների ծավալին՝ համեմատականներ անցկացնելով ինչպես նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի, այնպես էլ առաջին չորս ամիսների վիճակագրական ցուցանիշների հետ:

Կառույցի ղեկավարին, ըստ օրակարգի, ներկայացվել է նաև ծառայության թեժ գծին կատարված զանգերի քանակն ու դրանց բովանդակությունը: Մասնավորապես՝ զեկուցվել է, որ հաշվետու ամսում ծառայության թեժ գծի միջոցով ստացված զանգերի թիվը կրճատվել է: Վերոնշյալի հետ կապված՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողն արձանագրել է, որ սա վկայում է մեկ բանի մասին. ծառայության ընտրած ուղին ու տեսլականը ճիշտ են ու արդեն տալիս են իրենց դրական արդյունքները: Քաղաքացիների համար առավելապես թափանցիկ և բաց դարձնելով Ծառայության գործառույթները, հնարավորինս կրճատելով քաղաքացի-հարկադիր կատարող շփումները՝ ծառայությունը շարունակապես ներդնելու է նոր միջոցներ ու մեխանիզմներ, որպեսզի քաղաքացու համար էականորեն դյուրինացվեն թե՛ վճարման պայմանները, թե՛ հնարավորինս ապահովվի քաղաքացի – հարկադիր կատարող հետադարձ կապը:

Արմեն Հարությունյանը ծառայության բաժինների պետերին տեղեկացրել է, որ ծառայության արդիական ծրագրերի մասին քաղաքացիներին հնարավորինս պարզ ու մատչելի լեզվով իրազեկումը կրելու է շարունակական բնույթ: Խորհրդակցության ավարտին ՀՀ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողը ծառայության բաժինների պետերին տվել է նաև այլ հանձնարարականներ:
