Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի աշխատակազմին է ներկայացրել հիմնադրամի նորանշանակ գործադիր տնօրեն Արմեն Ավակ Ավակյանին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Կարեն Կարապետյանը շնորհավորել է Արմեն Ավակյանին, մաղթել նրան բեղմնավոր և արդյունավետ աշխատանք:
Վարչապետի խոսքով` Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամը հետաքրքիր հարթակ է, որը կարող է մեծապես օժանդակել կառավարության տնտեսական ծրագրերին: «Ակնկալում ենք, որ այստեղ պետք է ձևավորվի ժամանակակից, ագրեսիվ, ակտուալ թիմ: Հիմնադրամի ղեկավարից սպասում ենք գործունեության արդյունավետության, ներառյալ ֆինանսական կառավարման արդյունավետության և համապատասխան հաշվետվողականության բարձրացում: Յուրաքանչյուր ծախսի հետ կապված պետք է ունենանք հստակ, ագրեսիվ հիմնավորում, թե այն ինչին է ծառայելու: Հիմնադրամի գործունեության համար անհրաժեշտ է ապ ահովել նաև լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցների ներգրավում»,- ասել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
Վարչապետը կարևորել է հիմնադրամում պետական աջակցության գործիքների կիրառման արդյունավետության գնահատման համակարգի ներդրումը և հավելել, որ կառույցը պետք է նպաստի արտահանելի հատվածի ընդլայնմանը, ծավալների ավելացմանը, ներուժ ունեցող կազմակերպություններին տրամադրի որակյալ խորհրդատվություն և այլն: «Մենք ամեն կերպ պետք է հասկանանք, թե որն է մեր պոտենցիալը, որ շուկաներում ինչ ներուժ ունենք, և առավելագույնս խթանենք արտահանումը: Պետք է նաև ներդրումների ոլորտում իրականացնել խթանման միջոցառումներ, քայլեր ձեռնարկել ներդրումային Õ �րագրերի ներգրավման, օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների սպասարկման, զբոսաշրջության ներուժի իրացման ուղղությամբ»,- ընդգծել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:
