 Անկախ Թուրքիայում հայ համայնքի դժվարություններից` թուրքերը նախընտրում են աշխատել հայերի հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայճար» ճարտարապետների և ճարտարագետների միության հիմնադիր, նախկին նախագահ ՆազարեթԲինաթլին, ով օրերս, միության գործող նախագահ Ժան Գավրիլոֆի հետ, Ճարտարապետի միջազգային օրվա առիթով պարգևատրվեց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության «Արշիլ Գորկի» շքանշանով: 

«Չեմ կարող ասել, որ հայ համայնքը Թուրքիայում չունի խնդիրներ, սակայն Թուրքիայի հայ ճարտարապետների միությունը ազատորեն կատարում է իր աշխատանքը: Որպես ճարտարապետ` պատվիրատուի հետ առաջին անգամ իսկ հանդիպելուց նշում եմ, որ հայ եմ: Ու հենց այդ հանգամանքից ելնելով ինձ կվստահեն, որովհետև հայերը հայտնի են որպես ուղիղ մարդիկ ենք, չենք խաբում և կատարում ենք մեր աշխատանքը»,- ասաց Նազարեթ Բինաթլին:

Ստամբուլահայ շինարարը տասը տարի առաջ այլ հայազգի շինարարների և ճարտարագետների հետ հիմնել են  «Հայճար» ճարտարապետների և ճարտարագետների միությունը:

«Մեր նպատակն է համայնքին պատկանող կալվածքների վերանորոգումը, կառուցումը: Այդ ամենը կատարում ենք անվճար: Մենք արդեն մասնակցել ենք տարբեր մասշտաբների յոթ շենքի վերականգնման կամ վերանորոգման աշխատանքներին», - նշեց Նազարեթ Բինաթլին:

Միության կողմից կատարված աշխատանքների ցանկում են Ստամբուլի Բեշիքթաշի Սուրբ Աստվածածին, Դիարբեքիրի Սուրբ Կիրակոս, Աղթամար կղզու Սուրբ Խաչեկեղեցիների վերանորոգումը, Բեշիքթաշի հայկական վարժարանի շենքի վերանորոգումը և այլ հայ համայնքի հետ կապ ունեցող կառույցների պահպանությունը:
