Ռուսաստանը նոր ինտերվենցիա՞ է պատրաստում Հայաստանում. «168 ժամ»

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է.
«Վերջին օրերին Հայաստանում ու Հայաստանից դուրս շրջանառվում է մեր երկրում Ռուսաստանի ռազմաբազայի ընդլայնման, ընդհուպ՝ նոր ռազմաբազա կառուցելու թեման։ Դրա սկզբնաղբյուրը, ըստ էության, ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությունն էր այն մասին, որ Գյումրիի ռուսական ռազմաբազան կարող է օգտագործվել «Իսլամական պետության» դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում իրականացվելիք գործողություններում։ Այդ հայտարարությունը բավական էր, որպեսզի Հայաստանի իշխանական վերնախավի որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ ու իբրեւ թե անկախ փորձագետներ հիշեին «Իսլամական պետության» վտանգավորության, Հայաստանի՝ հնարավոր թիրախ լինելու, ու այլ նման վտանգների մասին։
Պետք է արդարացնել Լավրովի հայտարարությունը, արդարացնում են։ Հանձնարարություն է, կատարում են։ Չէ՞ որ Հայաստանի իսթեբլիշմենթի ներկայացուցիչների մեծամասնությունն ապրում ու աշխատում է «գործ ա, անում ենք» սկզբունքով։ Այս թեմայի շրջանառությունը, իհարկե, չի նշանակում, թե վաղը կամ մեկ ամիս անց ռուսները սկսելու են նոր ռազմաբազայի հիմնումը։
Սակայն այդ թեման շատ վտանգավոր է՝ հանրային գիտակցության վրա ազդելու, հանրությանը ռուսական հերթական ինտերվենցիային նախապատրաստելու տեսանկյունից։ Ընդ որում, հնարավոր է, որ այդ ինտերվենցիան ամենեւին չարտահայտվի գործող ռազմակայանի ընդլայնմամբ կամ նորի կառուցմամբ։
Ավելին, բացառված չէ, որ ռազմակայանի մասին խոսակցությունները միտումնավոր են տարածվում՝ ինտերվենցիայի, այսպես ասած, բարձր «նշաձող» սահմանելու եւ հետագայում պակաս վտանգավոր որեւէ գործողություն՝ որպես հայ-ռուսական դարավոր բարեկամությունից բխող քայլ ներկայացնելու համար։
Բոլոր դեպքերում, ռուսական գործող ռազմակայանի հետ կապված՝ եթե քննարկելու հարց կա, ապա դա ռազմակայանի՝ Հայաստանում գտնվելու նպատակահարմարության հարցը պետք է լինի, կամ ռազմակայանի տեղակայման դիմաց Հայաստանի համար արժանապատիվ պայմանների սահմանումն ու ներկայացումը ռուսական կողմին։
Հայաստանի իշխանությունը, բնականաբար, դրա ոչ համարձակությունն ունի, ոչ էլ հետեւողականությունը։ Դրա համար գրեթե բոլորը լծվել են ռուսական ռազմաբազայի ընդլայնման քարոզչության սպասարկմանը։ Գործ ա, անում են»:
