«Կյանքը փիլաքյան է». ՀՀԿ–ից մերժված Վարդան Ղուկասյանը ԲՀԿ–ի միջոցով ժողովրդի մատից փուշ է հանելու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Գյումրու նախկին քաղաքապետ, նախկին ՀՀԿ–ական Վարդան Ղուկասյանը մի քանի տարի առաջ զրկվեց Գյումրու քաղաքապետի պաշտոնից, ինչպես նաև հեռացավ Շիրակի ՀՀԿ կառույցի ղեկավարի պաշտոնից, իսկ այսօր պատգամավոր է դարձել ԲՀԿ ցուցակով:
«Փաստի» հարցին, թե դա իր պատասխա՞նն է իշխանությանը ԲՀԿ–ի միջոցով, Վարդան Ղուկասյանն ասաց. «Էդպես պատասխան չեմ գտնում ճիշտ, որ հիմա ասեմ: Պատասխանը ո՞րն է, կյանք է և, էնպիսի բան է կյանքը՝ փիլաքյան է, գյումրեցիք ասում են, վերև ելնել կա, իջնել կա: Ամենակարևորը, որ երբ բարձունքում և իջած ժամանակահատվածում մարդ իր խիղճը չկորցնի: Մնացածը ես էդպես չեմ կարևորում: Ե՛վ էն ժամանակ, և՛ էս ժամանակ ես իմ խիղճը չեմ կորցրել, ամենակարևորը դա է, մնացածն ինձ էդպես չի հետաքրքրում»:
Ինչ է անելու խորհրդարանում հարցին ի պատասխան Ղուկասյանն ասաց. «Գնալու եմ, որ երկիրն էս վիճակից հանելուն ես էլ մասնակից լինեմ, որ երկիրը շենացնենք, երկիրը զարգանա: Կարողանանք ժողովրդի մատից փուշ հանելու մի պահի էլ մենք մասնակից լինենք»:
«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում Վարդան Ղուկասյանն ասաց, որ ինքն էլ է նախօրոք ԲՀԿ–ում ինքնաբացարկի դիմում գրել՝ հավելելով, որ նման պայմանավորվածություն եղել է բոլոր թեկնածուների հետ, և նրանք բոլորն էլ դիմումներ գրել են:
«Կա քաղաքական պայմանավորվածություն, ով որ շատ ձայներ է հավաքում, նա էլ գնում է ԱԺ: Էդպես բոլորս էլ գրել ենք, ես էլ եմ գրել»,– ասաց Ղուկասյանը:
Հարցին, թե ճի՞շտ է համարում դա, Ղուկասյանը պատասխանեց. «Բա ո՞նց եք գտնում, մեկը կարող է քիչ ձայներ հավաքի ու գնա Աժ, մեկը շատ ձայներ հավաքի ու չգնա: Միանշանակ կողմնակից եմ և էդպիսի պայմանավորվածություն եղել է»:
