Կարեն Կարապետյանը պահանջեց խստորեն պահպանել հանձնարարականների ժամկետները

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հանրապետական գործադիր մարմիններին ղեկավարներին հանձնարարեց կառավարության նիստերի քննարկմանը ենթակա իրավական ակտերի նախագծերը կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված պահանջների խստագույն պահպանմամբ և պատշաճ մակարդակով, իսկ դրանք լրամշակելու հանձնարարական ստանալու դեպքում` խստորեն պահպանել տրված ժամկետները: «Սույն թվականի հունվարի 17-ին ներկայացվել էր հանձնարարական կառավարության նիստին ներկայացվող հարցերը ՀՀ օրենսդրության պահանջներին ամբողջությամբ պահպանելու և նիստին տրված հանձնարարականները պատշաճ և սահմանված ժամկետներում կատարելու վերաբերյալ: ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարարը զեկուցել է, որ արձանագրվել են դեպքեր, երբ կառավարության նիստին ներկայացվող հարցերը չեն համապատասխանել օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պահանջներին կամ համապատասխան նախագծերը լրամշակելու համար տրամադրված ժամկետները չեն պահպանվել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը:
Կարեն Կարապետյանը կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանին հանձնարարեց սահմանել խիստ վերահսկողություն նշված գործողությունների կատարման և ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի պարտականությունների պատշաճ կատարման նկատմամբ և դրանց ընթացքի վերաբերյալ պարբերաբար իրեն զեկուցել:
Վարչապետը հանձնարարեց նաև մայիսի 13-ին կազմակերպել համապատասխան խորհրդակցություն և ներկայացնել տրված հանձնարարականների կատարողականի հսկողության արդյունքները, խորհրդակցության ժամանակ հատուկ անդրադառնալ նաև ցանկում ներառված կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի և միջոցառումների կատարման ընթացքին՝ առաջարկելով լսել կատարման վերաբերյալ 2-3 նախարարությունների հակիրճ հաշվետվությունը:
«Վաղը մենք ամբողջ նյութը կուղարկենք հանձնարարականների կատարման, որակի վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև կներկայացնենք այդ մեծ ցանկը, որտեղ մենք, բացի հանձնարարականներից, ներկայացրել ենք խոշոր ծրագրերը, մեծ պրոյեկտները, որոնց նկատմամբ հատուկ հսկողություն ենք սահմանելու մեր կենտրոնական ապարատի կողմից»,- ասաց կառավարության ղեկավարը:
